To whom it may concernMy name is [redacted] residing at 8450 N. Coral Ridge Loop, Tucson, AZ 85704. On our about Sept 7, 2014 I ordered a trial sample of [redacted] Plus, dietary supplement, (877-900-2897 and Green Coffee Cleanse Ultra (877-932-4730). The cost was $9.90. I received the product sometime in mid-September and after reading the label I decide that I should not take this supplement. Then I promptly dismissed it from my mind. If I wanted more I would order more, which is the normal and right way to conduct business. Imagine my surprise, when I opened my[redacted] rewards card and found a bill for $179.88 posted on 9/21/20014 from [redacted] ($89.92) and Green Coffee for ($89.96). I had at this time received no additional products from either company. I immediately called the company and objected of these charges. I was told that by ordering the first sample I had agreed to purchase further products. There was nothing in the advertisement that stated I was joining and open ended program and that future shipment could or would be charged to my credit card. I told the company representative that I was going to refuse shipment of any and all shipments and was not going to pay $179.88My next monthly credit card bill showed another $179.88 charged on 10/21/2014 by the two companies plus a $25.00 late fee plus $7.81 interest charge. I called [redacted] Bank, the credit card issues, explained the situation working with them got the charge on 10/21/2014 removed plus the late charges and the interest removed. When I received the first $179.88 shipment t hat I returned it to the post office unopened and refused delivery. The post office said they would send it back with a "return to sender" statement. I talked to the companies again explaining that I refused delivery of the product and did not intend to paid for something I did not purchase. I got some nonsense stating that they what no record of my returning the product. I told them if they were shipping out products they should also know what was refused delivery. My last email from these fools states that they had received my refused delivery package and one of them refunded $49.99. This is one half of what they charged me at the beginning. There was no explanation as to why there was still balance owed (see complaint online). Desired SettlementCurrently, my credit card still has a balance $79.94. The o only thing I can assume is that this is a scam to take advantage of unsuspecting seniors like me. I am refusing to pay this charge and hope that one or more of the recipients of this letter will take some action to stop this deception.

On July 27, 2014, I ordered ONE bottle of Garcinia Cambogia from an online site for $5.99, using my [redacted] visa card. I received it about a week later. On Aug.10, 2014, Garcinia charged $84.57 to my credit card. (I did not know this, as I hadn't looked at my credit card bill at that time.) On Sept. 19, 2014, I received another bottle of Garcinia Cambogia. That is when I went to my [redacted] online account to check and found not only the expected $5.99 charge, but also the $84.57 charged on 8/10, and another $84.57 charged on Sept.9th! I called [redacted] and explained to them. They told me they could stop the payment of the second $84.57, but that I would have to contact the company directly to get the account cancelled and get reimbursement. [redacted] provided me with the phone number and assured me they knew all about the problems with Garcinia Cambogia, as they have many, many customers that this is happening to. She told me that they "cover" themselves in the small print of their "Terms of Service" and they know that most people do not actually read all that small technical stuff, but just automatically check the little box that says that they have.I contacted the Garcinia people and was very rudely told that I could NOT get the $84.57 for the first bottle refunded because I did not contact them it to cancel within 14 days, that after that, I had to pay the full cost of the bottle which was $84.57. (making the cost of the FIRST bottle $90.52) She then told me that if I hadn't opened the package, I could just return it. I said, "I opened the package, you are not the only only online place that I receive packages from. But I have NOT opened the sealed bottle!"(In fact, I have not even broke the seal on the FIRST bottle.)She then told me to send the bottle back within 30 days and they would reimburse me $84.57 MINUS a $5 "restocking fee" and it would be applied back to my credit card within 3 months!Product_Or_Service: Garcinia CambogiaDesired SettlementI think that it should be illegal for scam companies like OnRush to automatically re-order products that are offered on a trial basis. We should be given the PRICE of the product before any order.I believe I should be refunded the $169.14 that was charged to my credit card without my knowledge.
