Review: On 4/20/2012 my husband and I signed a contract that Russ would be the photographer of our wedding which was on 11/09/2012. Russ has known my husband since they were young, his brother was the best man and his mother was my seamstress so it was without question that we wanted him to perform our photography, on top of all of this he is a fantastic photographer. Our wedding day came and Russ was amazing that day, he took tremendous photos. We paid him the full amount he charged us ($1786.00), which included his services, engagement photo's, DVD's of all the photo's touched and untouched, our wedding album, and 3 parent albums. Since the wedding we received our DVD's, but no albums. He responded to me in March 2013 and said the albums were being processed and we should have them in 6-8 weeks, he has since never responded to any of mine or my husbands phone calls, emails, or text messages. My mother tried emailing him after that and he did respond to her in July 2013, he said he switched companies that do the album work for him, this new company does much better work, and our albums are in the process of being made and we should have them in 8-10 weeks. Russ has again not responded to any phone calls, emails ect. It's now 3/25/2014, and I just want our albums, I understand Russ is a busy person and we are not his only clients but as a business man, he should complete the job he was paid and contracted to do.Desired Settlement: I would hate to ask for any monetary refunds, I just want our wedding albums, this was a special day not only for us but for our family too, and our parents want their albums just as much as us. If Russ does not give us the albums we paid for (our album, and 3 parent albums)then I would like my money back and I'll pay someone more responsible to make them for us.
