Regarding the
customer complaint, we have resolved it as of 10/10/2014, issuing the remaining balance in the form of a check to the customer in the amount of $
It should be noted that in exercising our right to sever the contract, the residual amount of $was not deliberately withheld from the customer, but simply an oversight
In our effort to provide *** & *** with a satisfactory experience for one portion of the film project before the wedding day (the *** *** *** film), we spent $of our funds (not passed down to the customer) to provide them with a professional script. Due to the completion times of the script, the varying schedules of availability of the client combined with our schedule of availability to shoot the *** *** *** film, a date could not be reached*** & *** understandably grew frustrated and wished to annul not only the *** *** *** portion of the film ($1,000), but also for the filming of the wedding
We agreed to severing the contract, not wanting to create an uncomfortable situation for *** & *** on such a special date

Review: To whom it may concern:My name is [redacted], and my husband and I would like to seek some help to get our remaining refund of $99.00 from [redacted] Films. My husband and I booked with them in late January for our wedding that already took place on the 6th of September. We contracted for the [redacted] Film's "Signature" Package for $3,199.00, and "[redacted] Film for $1000.00. Wedding planning is hard, and this company did not make things any better for us. For example, there were a lot of times when we chased after them by calling them several times to get an updated about our [redacted] film which we were supposed to shoot prior to the wedding. There was a time when we finally got fed up and my husband finally left them a message saying we have decided to cancel our contract. We finally got a call back from them, only to realize that only they could only cancel the contract and not their clients.This company hired a couple of writers for our [redacted] film which they emphasized that paid. 3 weeks before the wedding, when we finally got a script ready for filming, the main photographer gave us a couple of specific dates to shoot. This truly amazed me because we communicated the dates when we were not available to shoot. In the end, they were unable to shoot the film for us because of the conflict in our schedules. Instead, they offered us alternatives, but did not compensate for all the stress and inconveniences this company has given us. Two weeks prior to wedding we asked them to just cancel the contract. They e-mailed us a contract of a "full refund" and sent us a check via mail of $4100.00We would like to get our money back because they do not deserve a penny of our money. We have tried to contact them in regards to this matter, but they have decided to ignore us. Please help us. I have copies of e-mails, transactions, and our contract if it is needed. Thank you.Desired Settlement: We would like to get a check sent to our address, and be notified when it has been sent.
