Russu auto body didn't not provide me with an invoice reason bring is they aren't  able to do so for what ever the reason my be. But I do have conversation photos.

The customer that made a complaint towards my business has the full right to do so. I would like to respond and say this is not our first time dealing with this customer. He brought his car (2004 Mercedes E55) into the shop to be repaired multiple times already, but the last time he brought it in...

was to repair the front end and paint the front end since he got into a car accident.  The initial price for the car to be repaired was $1500 (Repair and Paint Front END). Once the front end was painted and ready to be assembled the customer came by the shop and asked us to repaint the whole entire car with no clear coat. He wanted the car to be (Flat Gold). There was no time frame in the labor since he was changing his mind on what he wanted to do with his car. Not to mention how long he took to get all the parts to assemble it.  We told the customer that we had very little knowledge in painting it (Flat Gold). He insisted that we paint it anyways. After the car was painted it didn't look so nice how he wanted. We took the blame and didn't charge for the additional paint job (whole Car). We only charged what we agreed on in the first place to repair and paint the (Front End)($1500). He payed the $1500 and took the car. 2-3 months later he opens a complaint with Revdex.com saying we did a horrible job and demanding $1000 back. Never the less I am not surprised he went this route in opening a complaint. Thank you Revdex.com for giving me chance to respond.
