and we mark all phone calls and communication with our homeowners on the file and we have never received a single call from youI am wondering if you have been in contact with the roofing division directly? either way, we always work towards 100% satisfaction with all of our customers. I connected with our roofing dept and they said you left them a message days ago stating that your roof was not fully completed and Jessica checked her phone records stating that she left you a return message the next day asking what was left and she has not heard back from youI left you a message today leaving my direct phone number so that we can connect directly. The roofers completed your roof on 10/19/There also was a supervisor onsite that checks all jobs and he completed that on Monday as well and stated no one was home but that everything was completed.
