Review: I ordered some items online at [redacted]. I received an email telling me that my package shipped on 11/**/14. I waited until Tuesday, 11/**/14 to check on the status of my shipment and it had not left the warehouse. I called to ask about the delay and after explaining in detail about the email I received and asking to speak to a manger the representative told me that she had been advised to tell me I would have to call [redacted] because they must have picked it up and not scanned into their system. I called [redacted] and they informed me that the package had not been picked up form the location. I again called RUUM customer service and spoke with someone else who said that they would forward my complaint to their client support and I would receive a call in 24 hours to resolve the issue. When I did not receive a call today I called RUUM again and spoke with yet another customer service agent who informed me that their were no notes on file for my order and that my complaint had not been reported to client support. She said that she would forward it and let me know of the outcome. I paid $30 for this merchandise and was expecting it to be shipped in a timely manner. I am very upset that RUUM will not do more to track my package or find out what happened to it. I had to call [redacted] to track something that was there mistake. I called [redacted] again today after speaking with the RUUM customer service representative and was told the same thing; The package has not been picked up from their location. I realize that $30 may not be much money but it is to me. I have never had any problems with orders from the website before and I had placed another order before I found out about the shipping mix up. I will not be ordering anything else from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to find my package or ship out a replacement. I would really like an apology for the time that was wasted on the many phone calls I had to make over their mistake.

Review: "Multi-Check Shirt Ice Green size: 4Y x2 =$11.80"

I ordered this from their website, and received confirmation. A day later, I was informed they had to cancel the item and credited back the money. All I want is to order the same thing in a smaller size, which is in stock, for the same price I paid. They want to charge me 40% more. I have sent almost 20 emails and left 5 voicemails with no resolution.Desired Settlement: Sell me the same thing in a size you have in stock for the same price please.

Review: On December *, 2014 I placed an order online at [redacted]. I selected standard shipping which was 5-7 business days. On Tuesday December **, 2014 I contacted customer service and was advised that my items would ship within 24 hours. As of today December **, 2014 my order still has not shipped. I called customer service back again and spoke to a very unprofessional representative who was not at all interested in assisting me. She rudely cut me off and asked for my demographic information and after verifying my information said that the order had not shipped. I then asked for a [redacted]. At that time I spoke with [redacted] the floor [redacted] at the TX location who was not much better than the representative prior to her. She stated that the warehouse is backed up and she is unable to guarantee when it will go out or if I will receive it by Christmas. The lack of empathy or compassion regarding this issue was alarming to me considering the fact that I am a valued customer. I have made many purchases with this company. I then requested to cancel my order and was told that unfortunately I was not able to cancel even though the order had not shipped. The "[redacted]" told me that I would have to wait and return it. I asked to speak with her boss and she rudely stated she was at lunch.

I am beyond frustrated and upset with this situation. My daughter's entire Christmas is based on this shipment and they are treating it as no big deal. I do not have a lot of money to go purchase new things while I wait to return the items that have yet to be sent to me. I am very unsatisfied with the service as well as the customer service that I received today.

Please contact me back at your earliest convenience regarding this matter and the outcome.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate refund. I can purchase from another store that can guarantee my items by Christmas.

Review: After I moved to Georgia this past August, I started purchasing online. I purchased many, many items. However (that this is where it gets bad) I had a problem with my last order. It never arrived. While I finally checked on my order status I saw that they claimed it was delivered (it wasn't) and also that they had cancelled well over a dozen items from my order and never informed me. Every time I called or emailed customer service I had to deal with a new person all over again and explain the situation all over again. I was given different information from different people and did not receive the "call backs" that were promised to resolve the issue. I was finally offered a refund, which was then taken back. Then I was told to file I claim with the post office (this was denied since I was not the sender) then I was told another credit would be issued, which was than taken back again. In the end I was out nearly 200 dollars and was so angry and frustrated (and sick of the wasted time and effort)Desired Settlement: Wish to have the exact items delivered or a credit for the amount of the missing merchandise.

Review: I have placed an order to this company January 2014. and some of items weren't fitting, so I returned them for refund.

there have been emails going back and forth because they couldn't find the returned package. then, they said they found it but need to talk to warehouse for collected items.

and from one moment, they never get back to me and I was keep writing and talk to agent one the for refund which didn't do nothing.

and when finally talked to someone last month, they gave me the tracking number to track it down, and I found the post office lost the package.I wasted my whole year for this. no one even bothered to track it down at the first place.(i used their return label and didn't write down for me to keep, that's my fault) but they should know better and have better protocol for return process.

after I found out the post office lost it, I emailed and never got back from them.

post office gave me information that the vendor has to contact the post office and claim for lost package.

I believe a year is enough time to be patient for my refund.

Review: I placed an order with the company on December *, 2014. I have contacted them several times to find out when my order would be shipped. My credit card has been billed but items have not been shipped. When my order ([redacted]) status is checked online it states it is processing but no tracking number or shipping information is available. When calling customer service it is a phone service company that answers for RUMM they confirm it has not been shipped. They are unable to help you or cannot cancel the order. This company in the past was the children's clothing line to [redacted] which is a trusted company. I see there are several shipping complaints posted on line, and on [redacted]. They are still advertising like you can get items for Christmas which is false advertising since they are not fulfilling orders from the beginning of December.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order or cancel the order and refund my credit card.
