RV peddler HAS NOT resolved any portion of my complaint? I am not even sure what they are referring to? I have received ZERO response from RV peddler, in fact RV peddler has ignored my complaints and refused to return any callsI want my warranty extended due to the length of time my Toyhauler has been not usable and I want a refund of my entire trailer or the amount over paidI would never do business with this company again

Hi *** My name is *** *** and I'm the service manager at RVPeddlerI've been in touch with Mr*** on several occasionsOn December X XXXX I spoke with him about his issues and complaintsHe informed me he only had one issue that wasn't resolved at that timeThat issue was a mini-blind which he had not received yetIt has been ordered and received hereI have left messages on his answering machine in the last days that it was here and he could call to get it installedHe has not returned our phone callsAlso on Dec9, I offered to extend his factory warranty by daysHe said he would consider it after the mini blind was receivedUntil we hear from him I'm afraid there is nothing more we can doWe have bent over backwards to appease Mr*** but he refuses to have his issues resolvedIf you can reach him, remind him that we're trying to help

This business has damaged my credit rating by failing to pay off this loan in a timely manner. As a result my credit score went from 775 to 735 - a significant difference. They promised to send a letter to the bank with a copy to me. To date, I have not received a copy.
What are they going to do to erase this damage from the credit agencies when this problem was clearly their fault? An apology does not fix the problem. They consistently failed to make the appropriate payment and lied about it not only to me but to the bank also. This is fraud and extremely bad business practices.
Their shoddy business practices should be examined by the Attorney General's Consumer fraud division.

This case should not have been closed. RV Peddler ruined the credit rating by NOT paying off the loan on the trade-in on a timely manner. The unit was traded in on March 4th and they did not pay off until June 30 making the loan 89 days overdue.
They did not even yet until we threatened kegal action. I have filed a complaint with the [redacted] department. RV Peddler does not abide by [redacted] requirements to pay liams timely and we are seeking damages.
We are NOT satisfied with their responses nor their actions.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention regarding Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]. The [redacted]'s purchase the unit in late September. During the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) we discovered a few items wrong with the unit, our department has...

fixed all concerns including the in stallion of windows.
The windows were ordered and took a couple of weeks for our dealership to received them, once we received the windows we installed and finished up on the body repairs to complete the list of items the [redacted]'s gave to our service department.
The [redacted]'s made a payment on their trade is that RV Peddler was not in possession of the trade until the purchase unit was completed. RV Peddler received the trade on November 6, 2015 and with the help from the Mr. [redacted] received the payoff and sent the payoff on November 13, 2015 to Hughes FCU. During the time the check was due - Hughes FCU called our dealership at the request of the [redacted]'s for payment on the trade. [redacted] from [redacted] understood that RV Peddler just received possession of the unit and sent a check off during that week. On November 16, 2015 - Hughes FCU called our dealership to let us know that [redacted] had not received the payment which was mailed six days before. [redacted] President of RV Peddler, was playing phone tag with Ms. [redacted] on November 16 - regarding the payment.
[redacted] has received the money as of November 17 and the account was cleared. Per the complaint the [redacted]'s are asking for compensation payment of $518.39 for travel time and a payment on the trade. RV Peddler repairs on the [redacted]'s purchase were over $4800.00 and we fell all repairs and concerns have been meet and we believe that the [redacted]'s are satisfied

We are not satisfied how ever it doesn't look as though they will do anything to make things right (even though we were told they would). They were notified yesterday and advised that the mufflers that were to be replaced were not and we had to purchase an ice maker due to the fact the one in thw rv doesn't work. One more time as a consumer we got the shaft. I know that since,we have taken delivery on this rv we will get stuck with the bill for having the mufflers replaced and for fixing the ice maker. My next step will be to contact Consumer Afairs and the State Board of Eqialization. Thank you for your time and efforts. This is what happens to those that put their trust in those that are not trust worthy.

RV Peddler is willing to send us a check for $600.00 and [redacted] from the service department stated, "when you return to Bakersfield we will have the mufflers replaced and any other repairs completed, that weren't completed by the previous service manager". These terms,are acceptable to us at this time. We would like to thank RV Peddler for their quick response and resolution in this mater.
