Not correct fit and nothing but run around!
I purchased a rvinyl.com dash kit for my Freightliner FL60 truck. As I tried to fit the pieces on the dash I found holes that had been pre-punched did not come close to the location on my dash. Then I found a piece that they had made the cut outs on the left of the piece for a cup holder and lighter plug that should have been cut out on the right side. When I contacted them with photos of the pieces they asked if I had a photo of the complete kit prior to installation. I explained that no I did not and I had expected the correct product. I have not heard a word since! I paid using PayPal 4 payment plan which I hadn’t realized meant I could stop the payment with PayPal so I have no recourse. So that means never to order from rvinyl.com or use PayPal!

Would not help me at all. It is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would never buy from them again. Crappy...

They claim that they have"redesigned a custom piece" -when was that? what did you "redesign" did that have anything to do with resolving MY issue? If so, I am not aware of that please do explain! What does the business have to say about their practice of blacklisting customer's phone numbers and sending them to voice mail directly so they did not have to talk to me directly? this practice and then failure to communicate with the business directly is what prompted me to open this case here at Revdex.com to start with And yet again, I am repeating this as well, in the matter of a store credit being provided, I do not have a need for any other product you have to offer in order to utilize that store credit on hence it is of no value to meHaving had to go through all this trouble, I have no interest whatsoever of doing business with Rvinyl.com which accepting the store credit forces me to do Please just provide a refund and close this case, you will be saving a lot of headaches for both of us In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Buyer's claim was denied by [redacted] because they returned an item after our 30 Day returns period had expired and the item did not include the RMA that needs to be printed and attached. As a result, his return was never processed. We have since issued him a credit in the amount... of a complete window tint kit on our site as a courtesy (a value of $39.99) even though. Despite this he has left us a negative review on [redacted] and continues to harass us. Under the circumstances the credit we extended is best we can offer.

Not to mention having to pay the shipping fee on an item I attempted to cancel multiple times when speaking with customer service via email which I have all emails fe proof. The business is incorrect in stating the product is not defective Emails were sent to the business (with photographs) showing the product did not fit as described With that being the case, a refund is in order Also, the other items purchased are suspect because of the quality issue, and therefore buyer desires to return all items for a refund
