scope of work, the project took much longer than originally quoted. He was charged appropriately for the work that was actually completed. There will be no refund. Further more, we consider Mr. [redacted]'s actions and statements on various websites and social media as an unwarranted attack on our company. Mr. [redacted] had the opportunity to come here and sit down and discuss his issue with me in person. He did not do this, instead he reached out to various websites and attacked our company on websites that had absolutely nothing to do with his dock. Our company policy for the past two years regarding this type of behavior is very simple, and you can record this for the Revdex.com records. We will not deal with or respond to persons we consider "Cyber Terrorists." There are legitimate and acceptable ways to deal with concerns, problems, warranties etc. but attacking our entire company in cyberspace is completely unacceptable behavior for any customer. We will no longer correspond with this person, nor will we ever do business with him at any time in the future.
