Ryan's Trees

Review: I paid in full $250.00 by check for tree service for my cherry tree and arborvitae on 8/2/13 and as of 12/3/13, still no work has been done. My check was cashed within 24 hours of 8/2/13, but I'm still waiting on work to be completed. Four months later and now no one answers my calls. I was told reasons along the way regarding why work was not yet completed always followed by an assurance work would be done within the next week. I was told specific days someone would be coming and no one ever came.Desired Settlement: I would like a cash refund of $250.00. I have been unable to try and secure another service to take care of my trees because my money was already given to Ryan's Trees and now I would just like a refund.
