I have been a patient of Dr. [redacted] MD for several years now. I good doctor when your in the office. The problem here is that they have too many brain dead nurses and PA's that can't seem to solve an issue by phone. Yesterday April 21st 2014. I called to to find out where and why my prescriptions had not been called into my local Walmart pharmacy. You cant take to anyone live you basically have to leave a message that state that they will return the call within 24 hours. That return call might be placed or might not be placed. Anyway, after leaving several messages in several phone boxes I was called back. I told them that the last PA that I saw in February of 2014 told me that is was no problem and she would call my scripts in. Who knows what happened but the end results is that Walmart did not have them. So the nurse told me she would call me back. So the second call back on the 22nd the nurse to me that the PA told her that I would have to make an additional appointment to get them. I reiterated to the nurse that this was why I was there for at my appointment in February and that they even took a urine sample at that time to allow me the scripts. I also booked a follow-up appointment for May. I asked why would I need to make an additional appointment for something that should have already been done. Answer, I'll call you back. The third call back on the 22nd the nurse informed me that she could not do anything else for me. So I told her that my wife and I would be requesting our records so that we could find another doctor that might be able to do the business of helping people a little better. Then the fourth call back came. Now the nurse is telling me that in-deed the scripts were called in to Walmart on the 4th of February and that I should check back with Walmart because my records show that the PA "[redacted]" gave me (4) refills on each. I went back to Walmart. There are no scripts there. Called back on the 23rd and now on the 24th. No call back!
