S P Peregoy did an excellent job performing a complete roof replacement. Scott, the owner, not only does he come out and give free estimates, but he is on the job site performing the install the day of the work. His work was very thorough, detailed, and his bid was below the average bid (gives military discounts as well). He even took the time to fix an improperly-vented bathroom ventilator hose. He finished majority of the work the first day (made sure the roof was weather tight), and came back first thing next morning to finish the odds and ends. His crew cleaned up around the house, made sure no nails were left on the lawn, and hauled away all packaging and debris.
I would highly recommend S P Peregoy for any home improvement job.

S P. Peregoy did a very professional job on our roof. The roof had deteriorated over the years. There were also other repairs he did such as fascia board replacement, etc.
I love the color and look of the Atlas dimensional shingles.

They started when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did an excellent job at a fair price. I could not be happier with their workmanship and my new roof. Will use them again.

Review: I had over 12k in roof repairs that I had completed by S P Peregoy ([redacted], not to be confused with his cousin [redacted]. The rear roof I had white TPO installed because of the flat pitch of the roof. After the completion of the TPO roof, there was some air pockets under the roofing material. I called [redacted] and told him my concerns. He told me it would get better and eventually flatten out. The problem only got worst. I contacted him and he stopped returning my calls. The roof has gotten worst and I am in fear that there is water getting under the roofing material. I have tried to contact [redacted] Peregoy mutiple times and he will not get back in touch with me.

On the same job, I had S P Peregoy reapply a coating to my front porch. The guy putting the coating on was really sloppy with the job and got it all over my front porch and steps which were newely paint. I talked to [redacted] immediately after this and he said he would have his guy come over and clean it up. He nor anyone from S P Peregoy came to clean it up, after mutiple calls to [redacted]. I eventially had to scrub, scrape and repaint the areas that were damaged due to the careless manner the coating was applied.Desired Settlement: I will let the careless manner of the coating on the front porch go, but the rear TPO roof needs to be repaired.

Had a new asphalt shingle roof installed by S P Peregoy and everything went well. Roof looks good and well installed. Same for the flashing. No more leak. He actually arrived much earlier than I had anticipated, which worked out well for both parties. And the front porch actually looked better after they had left, so cleanup went really well too. Highly recommend
