Today I went to smith and edwards with a coupon that said if I spent $i would get a $dollar gift card Well after I spent an hour shopping I bought and paid for my stuff I was informed I was only getting a $gift card I was told the coupon was a misprint and couldn't be honored Im very frustrated that I wasn't told about this as I entered the store, I was only informed after I had made my purchase I know others who also went to the store with the intent of getting the gift card who were also turned away This is pretty much like the classic bait and switch Very disappointed they would do this
Never received my order USPS said it was delivered to mailbox, by it wasn’t there It’s probably on USPS, by when I emailed Smith and Edwards to ask, I got a one sentence response saying to take the issue up with USPS Very disappointed with the customer service Will not order from them again
