If a company takes over for another company, it is their responsibility to provide the services and products they have agreed to take overNothing was done out of good faith in reference to the customer because this company was paid in full for their services and productsIf they couldn’t handle the distance, they should have declined the projectA lot of lies were told about the progress of the project and once everything was finalized on this customized project, some items were not delivered with the same look or quality as promisedTo address the motor issue, it took them months after being told repeatedly that they would come to repairIt’s not good business to sell products that you can’t back up when something goes wrong with themMy project was not the only project this company took on from my area, and they were all handled with the same lack of quality and honesty about the projects progressionThis company also has numerous bad reviews within the past months on the internet that are alarming and very similar in natureAt this point, the resolution I am looking for is to no longer have to deal with the promises of sending someone out to address future repairsOutside of that, this business has nothing more to offer me because they clearly are not capable of delivering the services or product they claim to provide

much service people out there. We arranged for someone to go to the client from New Orleans...something that is not part  of what we are supposed to do but is the responsibility of the client to call [redacted] customer service.  The client has customer service number for [redacted] and her complaint is not valid.  This was a warranty issue with [redacted]. I completed her repair request as a good customer service gesture. The client is 5.5 hours away from us. This client was taken over by our company from another vendor who was not able to deliver. We met all our timelines. Reason for delays was due to client changing their minds on a number of signed off projects and indecisiveness, which is acceptable on custom projects.  We more than accommodated this client at no charge. This complaint is unreasonable and unfair. As far as the the medallions are concerned, the client had a choice to re-select of receive a refund. This again was purchased from the initial company that  provided custom Turkish product. The vendor did not ship correct ones.  We will be happy to refund the amount paid for the medallions once she returns the installed ones. We completely delivered on this project.  regards, Manager

  My complaint was not about a motor not being repaired! My complaint was about overall customer service. All items in this order were not delivered in a timely fashion! If a company takes over for another company, it is their responsibility to provide the services and products they have agreed to take over. Nothing was done out of good faith in reference to the customer because this company was paid in full for their services and products. If they couldn’t handle the distance, they should have declined the project. A lot of lies were told about the progress of the project and once everything was finalized on this customized project, some items were not delivered with the same look or quality as promised. To address the motor issue, it took them 3 months after being told repeatedly that they would come to repair. It’s not good business to sell products that you can’t back up when something goes wrong with them. My project was not the only project this company took on from my area, and they were all handled with the same lack of quality and honesty about the projects progression. This company also has numerous bad reviews within the past 18 months on the internet that are alarming and very similar in nature. At this point, the resolution I am looking for is to no longer have to deal with the false promises of sending someone out to address future repairs. Outside of that, this business has nothing more to offer me because they clearly are not capable of delivering the services or product they claim to provide.
