Now we have a problem!!! Started my dental work at the Gessner office (November 2015)It was awful! Not blaming the staffMaybe it was just too much at one timeAfter months for healing passed I called to start the process for my permanent upper plateWent in fir the impressionNo problem was told it would take weeks and they would have it readyweeks went by nothingI called and was told I would have to drive to the Cypress officeWith MUCH displeasure I agreed to a 8am Saturday appointmentA day before the appointment I received a call that I needed to come at insteadAgain with added displeasure I agreedAfter sitting in traffic for almost an hour I called to say I would be lateNo Answer! I continued to get no answer so I turned around and went home( I was later told by Steven they were there at just not answering the phoneYeah rightCalled first thing this morning and spoke to Jessica, Wow!!! That's all I will say about that conversationWell it went no whereI asked that either the dentist or the office manager call me backNothing! Called backSpoke to Rachael this timeStill no resolutionCalled backSpoke to StevenHe decided it was all my fault for not accommodating their schedule! When I told him I did not want to miss work he told me "well it so quiet where you areAre you sure you are working?)Seriously that's what Steven said to meAt that point I asked to speak to the dentistDr [redacted] , who I had previously had a great experience, called on the phone to chastise me! Not apologize for the lack of professionalismHe even went as far as to say "ok! you were disrespectedSo do you want to move on the end the relationship? Or do you want to complain about what was said to you?"He said, like any of it is my fault or responsibility, "that I work everyday and that office is a pain in the [redacted] for me" I will not work on a Sunday!"At no point did I ask for Sunday service! I am only requesting that the service I paid for I will receiveAt the location I originally contracted with! I was told that if I wanted the work complete I needed to make the changes for them! Not me the paying customer! So I have taken a vacation day this FridayWhen transferred back to Jessica, who is beyond unprofessional and very rude, she decided to laugh at meLike she had won something! I mean I felt like she thought she was doing me a favor!!! So I can get the work I paid in full for completed! I hope the work is done well so I never ever have to patronize this business again!!! I am beyond mad! I am down right furious! I plan to tell everyone I meet about awful experience! Please Dear God let everything go well for my last two appointmentsTHIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!

I’m not going to get into it with this guy, I don’t have the timeLong story short, we are busy and running behind like every other contractorYes we have not finished the job yet, there is still stuff pending, but we have every intention toI’m not sure what he thinks I have
lost material wise nor do I careWe have been working on this job on and off for a while now, (it’s not a job you can get into and finish right away) and I have not billed him (the *** ***) for a single part of the trim out phase (labor or material) I have absorbed it until nowIf he is that unhappy with it they can pay me for the work I have performed and they can get someone else to finish the job

Now we have a problem!!!
Started my dental work at the Gessner office (November 2015). It was awful! Not blaming the staff. Maybe it was just too much at one time.
After 6 months for healing passed I called to start the process for my permanent upper plate.
Went in fir the impression. No problem was told it would take 3 weeks and they would have it ready.
5 weeks went by nothing. I called and was told I would have to drive to the Cypress office. With MUCH displeasure I agreed to a 8am Saturday appointment. A day before the appointment I received a call that I needed to come at 9 instead. Again with added displeasure I agreed.
After sitting in traffic for almost an hour I called to say I would be late. No Answer! I continued to get no answer so I turned around and went home. ( I was later told by Steven they were there at 7 just not answering the phone. Yeah right....
Called first thing this morning and spoke to Jessica, Wow!!! That's all I will say about that conversation. Well it went no where. I asked that either the dentist or the office manager call me back. Nothing!
Called back. Spoke to Rachael this time. Still no resolution.
Called back. Spoke to Steven. He decided it was all my fault for not accommodating their schedule! When I told him I did not want to miss work he told me "well it so quiet where you are. Are you sure you are working?). Seriously that's what Steven said to me.
At that point I asked to speak to the dentist. Dr [redacted], who I had previously had a great experience, called on the phone to chastise me! Not apologize for the lack of professionalism. He even went as far as to say "ok! you were disrespected. So do you want to move on the end the relationship? Or do you want to complain about what was said to you?". I am beyond mad! I am down right furious! I plan to tell everyone I meet about awful experience!
Please Dear God let everything go well for my last two appointments. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!
