On May 7, 2015, I purchased a vehicle from this dealerAfter returning home I found the vehicle to have many dangerous issues that were not disclosed to meYes, I should have hired a mechanic to check it out but I was assured the vehicle was goodI have a disability and feel they took advantage of meThe radiator leaked, the heat did not work, never an oil change, and broken ball joints (2) on each side- we could have been killedPlease do not buy from them

We purchased a vehicle from this dealer with with a verbal agreement to repair the issue with traction controlThe dealer then stated they will not fix the issue because it is not covered by the warranty after making arangements to take the vehicle to the dealership to have it fixedWe have wasted our gas, our time, and other peoples gas and time constantly because they constantly are having us take the vehicle inThe last time our vehicle was in the shop, we took it in with 3/of a tank of fuel and when we got it back the next day, it had less than 1/of a tankThis dealership has trouble communicating with eachother along with customersOne person told us thetraction control will be fixed and another is saying they are not going to make the vehicle new because it was bought used

What response all they said was that they told me what the problem was and gow much it costMy complaint is that they should of helped me from the startI had to go many times to their location and they never helped meI want them to give me my money back or fix my car. Fair Exchange Auto is awesomeWe have purchased vehicles from them and each and everytime we have had a great experienceOne of our vehicles has been already paid off and if we ever decide to trade in we will be going back to themAlso any mechanical issues, they have taken care of as soon as possibleWith low or no cost to usWe are very happy with our car buying here

The customer only had a 15 day warranty and it was brought in after the 15th day.  We did do service on the vehicle and we will repair the transmission for him but he has to pay $500 for parts only.  We will not charge labor.  We will work with him but his warranty did not cover after...
