I have reviewed this againThe customer came in, and we went through the repair process with himThe issue was as you will see in the attachments ( cust call log, and copy of the repair order) that the customer had either done hi own work or had another repair facility do the repairs prior to it coming hereThis created a lot of issues in the electrical troubleshooting as we had a lot of positives because when you follow the guided diagnostics it walks us through step by step, and it is assumed that the truck has the correct parts on itThe customer decided to take the truck as is once he received the estimate for what it would take to make the truck correct and resolve the issuesThe time that he was billed was for the time invested in all of the trouble shootingPlease let me know if you have any other questions, and I will be happy to help you with themThank you [redacted] Service ManagerCalifornia Truck Centers

We did try to program the computerAs I mentioned before, it didn’t matter because the customer bought this truck used from a private party, and they had put a bunch of parts on this truck that were not compatibleUnfortunately this is why there were and are so many issues with the truck working properlyHe authorized us each step of the way when we found that things were not working properlyI have sent you this info alreadyPlease let me know if there is anything else you need [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: It does not cost $ 3701.55 to re-program computer. Initially that was what I have ask Sacramento Truck center to do. I did not ask them to repair, or fix or replace anything. They did not even do what I have asked for- reprogram computer. I feel like they just kept the truck and ripped me off charging $ 3701.55 The description that they put on the invoice is nothing that was actually done. Please help!

Review: I took my 2009 [redacted] to Sacramento Truck Center to get the turbo job done. I brought turbo from Sacramento truck center when the job was done I was over charged $900.00 extra on the job from what I was told and it doesn't stop there next morning I had to call a on call machine [redacted] he found errors on the turbo liquid gas leak, Smoke Leak, and lose bolt which was hand tighten .I had to pay on call Machine for the work Sacramento Truck Center should have finished .I have made the videos and took some snap shot on my iPhone to prove that. It was hazard issue that would have put my diver and others drivers on the road life in jeopardy.Desired Settlement: IN order for Sacramento Truck Center to resolve this Problem im asking for a full refund on the over charged labor and Reimbursement for the repair [redacted] did on call

Review: I drove my freightliner tractor into Freightliner of Sacramento to have my check engine light checked and they blew up my computer and made the tractor inoperable. They expect me to pay for there lack of knowledge and ineptitude. I was never told there was a chance that my truck would never run again, also that one truck was my business. They think there so big that they have no responsibility to there clients, the public.Desired Settlement: I expect them to fix there mistake and make my truck run again.

This customer abondoned his truck at our facility in September of 2013 and has not replied to numerous phone calls or written notices from us. Hard to resolve a complaint when the person will not return your calls and written notices.
