I would give zero stars if possible. Safe movers employees damaged the walls in our stairwell. We got an estimate of 1300.00 dollars from a contractor that has worked on our building for 20 years. It is very reasonable both in the scope of repair and the cost. I have encouraged Safe movers to get more estimates if they think our estimate is too high, but have not heard back from them yet.

because the guy did not see them hit or touch his car. Then he called me and said that there was white paint transfer on his car saying that my men hit his car with their dollies and I replied that if you saw my guys do it then you would see that they all have red dollies, then he hung up on me. Review: Moving company [redacted]) hit my car while it was parked in my apartment complex. I spoke to the two employees and both denied hitting my car while they were moving furniture etc. from a neighboring apt. My new car was parked next to the vehicle they were using to haul belongings of tenant. I also called their manager and explained what happened and he too denied being responsible for the incident.

I have photos and video of them moving furniture between the narrow walk way of my car and another car. The footage shows how narrow the space was which resulted in them hitting my car as they were moving furniture etc.

The scratches and dent on my car were not there before they arrived to move the tenant. I had previously been out that morning and passed my car and there was no damage done to my car. However, as I left my apartment to use my car I noticed the damage to my car. I brought it to the movers attention and they denied any involvement. I called the manager of the business.

The manager Brandon Wilkinson was very rude and curt when I called and told him about the incident. He would not listen to what I had to say and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would expect the business to take responsibility for the accident and repair the damage done to my car.
