Ms [redacted] , I apologize that you are unahappy with our attorney servies However our retainer agreement clearly stated that our attorney office is not responsible to advance your medical bills incurred as a result of the subject accident The disbursement sheet also stated that on the bottom of it in bold letters that our office is not responsible for any medical bills not listed as paid in your disbursement sheet We do not have a responsibility to pay any bills that are not on a medical lien The reason we asked for the bills to be submitted to our office was so we may forward them to the insurance company and have them consider as a part of your settlement This was in fact done and the insurance company made an offer which you accepted that considered the ambulance bill You were then given a net settlement check in your name which included the funds to pay any providers that were not on a medical lien I hope this clarifies any misunderstanding that you may have Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact usBest Regards, [redacted]

When I took this lawyer on as a client, they ensured me that when the case was settled all bill in cured would be paid off. It is just horrible how a company can misrepresented them self and get away with it. If you weren't going to do your job, then why take people's money and above all there trust.

Review: My daughter and I were in a automobile accident and we had to go by ambulance to the hospital.We were both in the same ambulance were all they did was put a neck brace and drove us across the street to the hospital. They charged us 1500 dollars each. We called the Law office of samer habbas & associates for legal assistance.When the attorney came out to my home to interview myselfe and my daughter I was informed that they would handle all medical and legal action and they would make sure all my bills that were inquired would be taken care of. Well after two years I recived a letter from a collection company saying that I and my daughter still owed for the payment for the ambulance. I call the attorney and ask why I was reciving this collection letter from this company. The receptionist informed me that I had to pay this bill. I told her than why did you have me send you all of the bills that were incurred, and now two years latter you tell me that I have to pay the bills.Desired Settlement: I feel that the law firm should pay for this bill. They should have had the insurance company of the man that hit me pay all medical bills incurred. Why should I have to pay my own bills when I hired this law firm to see that all medical bill were paid in full.
