I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.&n**p; For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The following id disagreements with *** *** response:Its stated that at our first meeting it was discussed with me that they are unaware of what it will cost meThis is not the caseThe sales person did not explain this to meI was told that it was "covered" by my insuranceAlso, I've been told by Sampson's that the prices are predetermined by the Insurance Carrier, so shouldn't it be easy to give me a price at the first meeting by just asking me what insurance I have.*** is correct at the second meeting there was no discussion about financial responsibility because at the first meeting I was told that it would be covered by insurance.The is a long discussion about my wifeI'm not sure when I ever gave Sampson permission to discuss my medical issues with my wifeThis fails to mention that I MYSELF had the discussion with Sampson in July At that time I asked for their cost of the brace and was not given an answerI stated that I believed that $was an adequate price for the braceAlso, why would my Wife sign a check when it was made out to meAgain, this is all bad business practice. I did not receive monthly billing statements! I only received the statement in July and the next one in May &n**p;I would like to see copies of these monthly billing statementsI paid "in full without hesitation" because you threatened to take the matter to a collection agency in the billI again discussed my dissatisfaction on May 29, and you should not have been under the "impression" that I was satisfied.I was not billed monthlySampson should educate themselves with the billing codes of the insurance carries and discuss the price at the first meeting with the patient since I was told by multiple Sampson employees that the price is already predeterminedThe sales person should not just state that its "covered" by insurance.I did contact your office prior to May 20, 2015, it was in July after you were questioning my wife about my bill
