Our painter got sick, we informed the client we will be back on FridayIt is true that miscommunication on our part led us to believe that our painter returned and finished the job

Customer kept silent and waited a whole week for us to call, and did not call to notify us of his alleged delaysHad he done that we would have sent a replacement after all and would immidiately solve thatOnly when job was done he claimed he had to delay his Woodfloor installationThe baseboard was already installed and I found that strange that he had to delay the Woodfloor , when confronted with that, he changed his reason and claimed he had to delay the wall paperI believe that if he truly had to delay his next project he would have called us to notify of his strifeIn fact only a week later, when WE called himwe learned about this for the first time
His Claimes of paint drops on wall paper were surprising as well because we previously agreed not to protect wall paper as it is being replaced
For this reason he was not credible for us and I found his story very hard to believe and only an excuse to get a discount Had I believed we have caused him his delays I would have surly addressed that
We have many happy customers anywhere we work, Our good standing and record with the Revdex.com is also to testify of our commitment to customer service and good workmanship

The Baseboard was already installed. The part of the work that was not completed is the paint.  so my impression is that nothing held client from having his floor completed.
Please provide a receipt from flooring company explicitly stating the alleged cancellation fee and we will act to resolve the matter.

This is not true. I never told [redacted] not to protect my wallpaper why would I do that? I have had crown molding install in the past I know how messy workers are. When I called [redacted] back I told him I  had to cancel installation of floors and wallpaper because there work was never completed.  I never change my story I did call the owner and he said he was out of town. I never call to complain no one showed up because I was not home. My sister was house sitting for me  If your worker calls in sick it the company's reaponsability to find a replacement. They don't keep track of there workers? I have no problem paying and never requested a discount. All I asked was for him to cover cancellation fee. I hope you as the Revdex.com don't give this company a rating of A.  It's sad how they try to make there mistake  my problem.
