I have been a resident at *** place since November and have been a victim of manager's bullying behaviors and claims to office and verbal harassment in result of discrimination of my physical disabilities Every year on lease renewal time I am denied renewal and threatened eviction and go through the health risking stress of packing to move and legal research to defend my rightsHowever every year manager is allowed to cover up claimms and is allowed to contiu abusing residents with emotional intimidationVery few of us are brave enough to fight back and go above corporate staff foor fears of losing their own homes trying to defend a neighborBecause of theanahers constant threats and stalking behaviorSo the top of corporate office seldom knows of residents complaints and kept secret problemsI am now in jeopardy of losing aptAnd financial asst because of managers manipulation and vengeful lies at no fault of mineJust simply a victim of housing and disabilities discrimination
I was a resident of Woodland Town homes for six years The Property manager is completely unprofessional and should be removed from her positionShe abuses her position and consonantly violates the tenets rightsShe commits fraud and back dates records and correspondence She falsifies move in and move out records so as to withhold damage depositsMake sure you get everything in writing and do not fall prey to her abuseI would not recommend renting from them and do not believe the management at Sand Companies care either
