Issues I had with Valley Wide Restoration I had water damage in my bathroom due to a leak in my TubI contacted Valley wide to do the repairsThe Gentleman that came out to do the dry out process was very goodThe issues started day one with the repair crewFirst they cut a wire in my floor then they were going to repair that with wire nuts and electrical tape (not up to code)Then it took times to get the right wood for the floorThen they put in the tub and surround I had purchased and when I got home it did not fit correctly and they tried to tell me that was (it was not, it was the wrong surround for that tub) It overhung the tub by 2” and the holes for the faucet and on/off valve were way off centerThen when I looked at the floor they didn’t remove the toilet flange only cut a big hole around it so it was not sitting on the floor as it should have beenOn a closer look one of the bolts that holds the toilet had fallen off when they were putting the floor down and it was trapped between the floor and the floor joistThen they didn’t even line up the plumbing in the wall with the plumbing in the tub so they were offset by 2”Then they mangled the vent for the A/C in the floor when they removed the old floorThis they tried to just tape it up which left holes that went right under my floorNeedless to say I had to take ½ days off of work to baby sit this crew as we had no trust they would do the right thingEven when I went back to work every day I came home there was something else screwed upThey had to do everything to times to get it right only because I pointed out that it was wrongThe last thing was when I got home and they said it done I was cleaning the glass on the shower door and found a 8” scratch in it and that it was installed the backwards so the coating was to the outside of the tubLater I found out that they had pictures of this when it was in the packaging so they knew it was scratch from the get go and still installed it and said nothing to meThis was the worst case of poor workmanship I have come acrossI would not recommend this company for anything unless you can stay home and watch everything that is doneIf I would not have been home that first day to catch the wire issue I could have been sitting on a time bomb that my house could have burned downI have pictures if any one wants to see
The Valley Wide Restoration Team did an outstanding job on repairing my roof and sheetrock and ceiling in my garage and patio at a reasonable priceI would like to complement one of their employees MarcoHe is committed to quality workmanship and did an outstanding job cleaning his work site upon completion of the jobI would recommend them to my friends and family
My roof was done by valley wideI had a five year coat doneThey ere fantasticTHEN I called to report a leak at the markThey said they'd look into it and never returned my callI called again for days later and they said it would be or days till someone called me backNo meone called backMy third phone call to them was ridiculousThey said they are too busyThey would try to find another foam guy to comemi asked will that be days! She said I don't knowAnother week had gone byIt rained againDon't count on them to back their work
I had mold/mildew in my laundry room from a burst hose of my water heater Valleywide Restoration came out and demo'ed the inside of the laundry room and exposed the mold and mildew on the walls in my bedrooms, which will need to be repaired/replaced and treated with anti-microbial solution
After a recent water incident in our home, we interviewed several contractors and chose Valleywide RestorationBryan L*** upheld every deadline and timeframe with wonderful resultsWe would recommend him and his team to anyone! Awesome job Bryan!!
Valley wide has been very upfront and quick to minimize the damage from a burst pipe in my master bathroom, the crews are great to work with and very professional
