In reference to the complaint ID # [redacted] The customer called late summer of asking to have a metal glider sandblastedHe was informed that we were backed up with work but would work it in when we couldUsually about to weeksAfter bringing the glider he then decided he wanted it painted alsoThat was not discussed to be in the same time frame as previously statedHe proceeded to bring more outdoor furniture every couple days without discussing when I could get to itI do not know why he would thing all his work would come before all the work that was here ahead of hisAlso we do work for other companies that takes precedence over homeowners and hobbyist.I have been doing this work for years and have never had a complaintMy work is almost all word of mouth and repeat customers.If the customer was not happy with the length of time it was taking to get his work done, he could have taken it elsewhere at any timeNo money has changed hands.If he still wants the work done we will be happy to do it as we have time as originally stated.Thank YouKenneth S

it painted also. That was not discussed to be in the same time frame as previously stated. He proceeded to bring more outdoor furniture every couple days without discussing when I could get to it. I do not know why he would thing all his work would come before all the work that was here ahead of his. Also we do work for other companies that takes precedence over homeowners and hobbyist.I have been doing this work for 28 years and have never had a complaint. My work is almost all word of mouth and repeat customers.If the customer was not happy with the length of time it was taking to get his work done, he could have taken it elsewhere at any time. No money has changed hands.If he still wants the work done we will be happy to do it as we have time as originally stated.Thank YouKenneth S
