Did Not Receive my full order On March 24th I made an online purchase with Scentmatchers for a bottle of fragrance and lotionI was a repeat customerOn March 31st I received my Fragrance but did not receive the lotionI immediately E-mailed them and inquired about the lotionThey responded the next day explaining that there was a mistake and that the lotion was suppose to be listed as shipping and was accidentally listed as lotionI responded by asking them if I would now have to pay $shipping to get the lotionI was under the assumption that when I ordered the lotion and the fragrance that I would receive bothThey explained that they cannot ship the lotion unless it is with another purchase or if I order bottles or moreI told them that I didn't understand because it should have been shipped with my fragranceThey responed again by explaining that the lotion was suppose to be listed as shipping and that it was a mistakeI have not heard anything from them si
