To Revdex.com
No work order or written invoice was provided to usWe kept asking and Sean kept saying don't worry it's a lifetime warrantyOnly after Revdex.com was contacted was the first time this warranty was revealedSD Automotives response letter to Revdex.com he then outlined what he provided to usHe stated in the letter you received that
1) we received a upgraded warrantied engine,
2) That a exceptional lifetime warranty upon all labor work done
3) A year unlimited miles warranty on the engine
Although this warranty has now surfaced in writing and has given SD Automotive a total of months and attempts to figure out what the problems areI'm not confident that given more opportunities with SD Auto the problems would be resolved, and I would be right back were we started trying to resolve the problemAt this time I feel confident in another establishment being that they have already expressed what the problems were without going into details with themThey asked me certain questions that were happening without disclosing what was happeningI just want an opportunity to believe that by bringing awareness to Revdex.com that I would be able to have restitution in this matter.
Thank you

Only after Revdex.com was contacted was the first time this warranty was revealed. SD Automotives response letter to Revdex.com he then outlined what he provided to us. He stated in the letter you received that 1) we received a upgraded warrantied engine, 2) That a exceptional lifetime warranty upon all labor work done3) A 3 year unlimited miles warranty on the engineAlthough this warranty has now surfaced in writing and has given SD Automotive a total of 10 months and 3 attempts to figure out what the problems are. I'm not confident that given more opportunities with SD Auto the problems would be resolved, and I would be right back were we started trying to resolve the problem. At this time I feel confident in another establishment being that they have already expressed what the problems were without going into details with them. They asked me certain questions that were happening without disclosing what was happening. I just want an opportunity to believe that by bringing awareness to Revdex.com that I would be able to have restitution in this matter. Thank you [redacted]

To [redacted]I apologize I reread your email and misunderstood what was asked about invoices and statements. I previously wrote [redacted] did not except SD Automotives warranty, because [redacted] did not physically receive a copy of a warranty. He was told by Sean he has a lifetime warranty and excepted his WORD about the warranty no receipt or invoice of a warranty was given by Sean. Sean stated in his letter to Revdex.com that upon [redacted] receiving his [redacted] they 1) shook hands payment delivered, warranty provided 3)[redacted]'s concern about a slight knocking noise coming from the engine. The engine that the knocking sound was coming from was provided from SD Automotive as that was the reason my [redacted] was in SD Autos shop for 8 months. Delays are understandable and unforeseen but 8 months in SD Autos care my engine should have been running perfectly as Sean had more then enough time to check and double check any kind of noise before calling [redacted] to tell him our car was done and ready to be picked up. When [redacted] asked Sean what was that knocking noise Sean said that sound is from the engine and it has to be broken into. He instructed him to drive it for so many miles then the sound should go away. Because of the warranty that Sean spoke of [redacted] took the [redacted] back on 3 different occasions while Sean continued to fix the problem unfortunately the knocking noise coming from the engine never got fixed. After the 4th attempt at the so called warranty that was being provided and the non response to our phone calls [redacted] texted Sean asking for some kind of communication because we still needed this matter to be resolved. Sean mislead [redacted] through the whole process as to he was not able to figure out how to fix our motor or where the sound was coming from he needed to Wait on representatives to walk him through to help figure out the problem. Sean lead us to believe he was a mechanic in full control and knows what he's doing but with our experience it raises the question of does he really know what he's doing especially after taking our [redacted] to other mechanics and they immediately was able to assess the knocking noise  and all expressed along the lines of basically the same thing the MAIN BEARINGS...they didn't go to any representatives to ask them what the problems were. But yet when [redacted] asked Sean He said "I don't know" he had to go ask the representatives. He then asked to get a copy of the invoices that we got from the other mechanics. Sean kept our [redacted] for 8 months. Knocking notice was there upon receiving our [redacted] after 8 months. Verbal warranty excepted nothing in writing Sean then attempted to fix our [redacted] 3 times. 4th attempt Sean is waiting on direction from representatives. We decided to get other mechanics assessments they expressed knocking noise was from the engine and it's a safety issue and it could cause a accident. We then realized it would be in our best interest due to what was said to us and everything we have been going through for the past 10 months now that Sean from SD Automotive's services would put my family in danger because according to another Auto Shop they said "Sean should have never released my [redacted] from his shop.
