*** *** towed her Dodge Charger in Seattle TransmissionWe checked the vehicleShe gave us wrong information on the engine (engine is liter)So liter do not have timing beltWe give her another estimated, water pump not include timing chain total without tax $She said go ahead and do itAfter the water pump done, start engine, timing chain tensioner make little noise when she pick up her Dodge ChargerWe recommended she need to change the timing chainShe told us “I will be back next weeks to fix it “She did not come back until the timing chain jump and engine stop(From the date she picked up her vehicle until the engine stop workingShe drove miles on it: She knows her vehicle had problemsWhy she did not fix it? She waits until the engine stop
She need to fix her car when she knows had problems
Water pump do not include timing chain( Timing chain kit parts cost $without labor yet )
We already let her know the timing chain problem after the water pump done
She promises she will bring her car back (employees witness the conversations.)
Do not use or drive the vehicle when it have the problem
We warranty for what we did, and what we changed
Her boyfriend (*** 206-697-????) came in the shop and checks the vehicleHe authorized us to order the timing chain kit and fix itHe told us to open the timing chain and also check the compressor for the cylinder head
The vehicle was in shop for months without any contact until we called her to deposit money before we start to do the jobsShe wants us to do FREE jobs for her vehicle(We told her “we’re not going to do it “ )September 13, at 3:pm the she tow her vehicle away without pay for the troubleshooting and the labor for open the timing chain ( $)
The timing chain kit with labor total $1,plus tax

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:He is a liar!! He never told me to not drive my car. If so why drive it? When I HEARD A NOISE AFTER I PAID $700. He told me it was a tentioner. If a person is told the engine will shut done if they drive it then why drive it. I have several back u cars I would put this on my car that I just purchased , had custom painted with aftermarket rims and tires. Every person I told this story to says that mark is wrong. Secondly How do you tow a car out with out paying?? He NEVR said there was a fee to look at what he messed up. Not to mention He left my car in pieces. My tow driver called me while picking up my car to tell me that MARK was putting parts in my truck. I called MARK to ask what was going on. I tell him he needs to put my car back together how he received it. He told e NI and who was going to pay him to put it back together. I simply hung up in his face. I WILL BE TAKING HIM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT ASAP. He will also will be losing a large amount of customers and business from the company I work for due to his unfareness. I should I looked at his reviews before I trusted him. No one seems to leave there happy and satisfied unless the came in for a 2 step oil change. Never again! I will continue to spread the word about this company. Also to bring up the subject about my guy friend whenever he spoke with him it was also a different story from when he talked to me MARK IS FULL OF IT. He makes a statement " why u bring car here? I no mechanic I do transmissions" Why would you take my car in your shop is the question. Liars and cheats never prosper. Good luck!
