I've ordered sedona beauty secrets on 2/3/14, and canceled the order on 2/11/I called to get the authorization number and ask for a full refund, because I've never opened the packageThey said that I will get only $from $they charged my credit card because I've canceled on the eight day, when I had days trialWhen I told them that I received the actual package on 2/6/14, which gave me days trial, they said that the trial is calculated from the day I've placed the order, not the day I received the packageThe person who answered the call was very rude, and did not have any customer service skillsI am very unhappy with this company, because I never experienced before not getting the full refund for something I've never usedI hope they will never get accredited by Revdex.com
