[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I have contacted Amazon. Their response was that they will not help me. I don't have buyer's remorse, and I don't really want my money back. I just want the product to perform how it should. I would be willing to send it back, if you are willing to fix it. Please, let me know if this is an option. My son doesn't want it anymore. I know someone who is interested in it, but it needs to be in working order. We tried working with you that exceeded the time frame to return it to Amazon

Review: I purchased a remote controlled Raven's Cooler from this company as a Birthday gift for my son in August of 2015 for $501.88 through Amazon. The cooler will move forward and backward but will not turn left to right. My son contacted the company, and they sent a part to correct the problem but did not. The company then sent a second cooler that had the same issue. The second cooler has been sent back. I still have the original cooler, because this company is refusing to refund my money. My son has been trying to work with this company for six months without any resolution. I have also contacted them recently, and they continue to refuse to issue a refund. I have also contacted Amazon, but it is out of the 30 day return policy. Any help that you provide, would be very much appreciated. Please feel free to contact me by phone or email. The customer purchased the C3 Cooler from Amazon. The Amazon store was not our store. We sell C3 coolers through our own E-store. http://c3customcoolers.com/ for a much lower price than this customer paid. We have contacted Amazon and the store that sold this cooler no longer exists. We have seen this before. Someone purchases a C3 Cooler on our store and then resells it through Amazon at a much higher cost.http://www.amazon.com/Qt-NFL-Rover-Cooler-Team/dp/B00M8IH9CO/ref=sr_1_4?ie=... storehttp://c3customcoolers.com/products/green-bay-packersOur cost to any reseller is $292.50. That is the amount we received for this cooler. Because we work with our customers when there is an issue we did send the replacement parts and then a second new cooler at no cost and paid the $38 for shipping. The cooler they returned worked fine. We still have it and can send a video of it doing everything it is supposed to do. We have made and sold over 10,000 coolers and have not ever seen the problem they claimed. To have this problem twice is not conceivable. We have been in contact very recently with Amazon regarding this issue and they told us they were willing to work with the customer to come to a resolution.
