Serenity Nails

This customer has been with me for 9+ years. On July 6 or 7 this customer came in to have her nails done I use the liquid nail gel. On July 10 this customer txt me told me she has one nail chipped. I told her to come over right now and she replied with I will call you. But never called. I received a txt on July 17 saying hey when I get back from my vacation I gotta come back and get my nails fixed. I gotta lot of chipped nails. I replied ok. She replied I am in Montana until tues. Going back to where I won't have service. You want to see the picture. On July 23,2020 this customer txt me are you busy? I can't get there for another 30minutes or would tomorrow morning be better? I replied back to her I booked up tonight already I see you tomorrow. She replied back to me with a thumbs up. Replied again with I've been running errands. Meant to make it earlier but my son got his driving permit.! She never made it to her appointment on July 23,2020. On July 24,2020 she txt me I'm watching my grandbaby ill see if you are busy when her parents come back. I replied back I'm booked up for the rest of the day. It's a holiday today I want to go home early spend time with Katie I'll see you tomorrow. She replied ok sounds good. What time will you be at work ? Do you have a appointment in the morning? I replied back yes I will see you tomorrow at noon. She replied ok. She didnt show up to her appointment at noon. She sent me a txt at 12:23 pm saying I'm still watching the littles. I'll check with you when their parents pick them up. The same day she txt me at 3:39pm saying still waiting for the parents. I replied I booked up tonight. She replied. I'm leaving for work in the morning. I have to get them done. They barely lasted two days before they started chipping. I replied I know and I have 4 more appointment til I close. I'm too tired. On July 29,2020 I txt her are you back in Utah. She replied I will be back Friday July 31,2020. On July 31,2020 at 8:46 am she txt me are you available. I replied what time are you looking for today.? She replied when your not busy? I replied I will let you know in 2 hours. She showed up 1:15 pm July 31,2020. She walked in and wanted a brand new color so I gave her exactly what she requested. She sat there with me for over 2 hours until my next appointment showed up and she tried to walk out without paying I said I only charged you 15$ today she did pay but stood there complaining how I should not of charged her. She was being very feisty in front on my other clientele. I told her you missed two appointments and close to almost two weeks and you walk in and expect me to give you a brand new color you expect me to do it for free. I speak to her very clear to go somewhere else to have her nails done. I mention my policy of 2 days I tried to be nice and fix your nail the way you want it because you been with us for 9 years so I charge you 15$ she left from serenity nails at 5:00 pm. She txt me the next day August 1,2020 at 12:30 pm saying that her nail had chipped. On August 7,2020 she walked in to serenity nails she asked me to fix her nails. At that moment I with another customer I asked to come back in 30 minutes. When she left I send her a nice txt I told her very clear I want her to go somewhere else I don't want to take you anymore. 5 minutes later she came back to serenity nails she was fighting with me to fix her nails in front of my customers I asked her really nice to please leave I can't fix your nails. She refused to leave and started to raise her voice in front of my customers in my salon. I said if you don't leave I'm going to call the police on her. So I did call the police to protect me and my customers. For some reason they never showed. She ended up staying for 3 hours raising her voice in front of m clients so I called the police again they told me they are on their way. She heard the police was on her way. She started to fight with me I said I cannot deal with until the police show up. She couldn't wait so she left before the police showed up.
