Hello ***We certainly apologize? for this situationWe have every intention of making this rightI don't? believe anyone from our office has told you that we are refusing to pay for the damagesAs you stated in your comment we were trying to work with your insurance company to see if they would cover some of the damagesDue to the nature of the work we do, many times insurance companies know that things like this can happen and will help with repairsI apologize for how long it has taken but we tried to connect with the adjuster for several? weeks with no response? Just last week we received? a call from the adjuster saying that they would not help with the damagesSo now that we have that info we will take care of it.? Moving forward we will have one of our contractors go out and bid the jobI know that you have provided us with two estimate but we would like to get a 3rdAt that point we will move forward to get this resolved as soon as possible.? We are pleased to hear that ServPro has accepted to take responsibility of repairing the damage Regarding the estimates, this is what we have done so far.ServPro has recommended three contractors We have contacted all[redacted] : Came and looked and took some photos of damages He gave us an estimate of drywall repair which was already done by another company, but about cabinet repair, he didn't give us an estimate We assumed he can't perform this kind of job[redacted] : came and looked at the damage, and gave us an estimate of $2000, without any detail[redacted] : came and looked at the damage, and promised to send us an estimate, but he didn't We sent him at least two texts asking for estimate, but he doesn't respond We assumed he is not interested in this job.Bella restoration (from Westcraft Floor company's referral): came and gave us an estimate, and we provided the estimate to ServPro.We looked for more contractors on websites, and contacted three contractors One contractor said they could do it, but didn't want to even come and take a look, and gave us their hourly rate We don't think we want to jump into this kind of contractors to avoid the secondary damage.We are happy to go with Bella, who did an excellent job on our drywall with a competitive price If ServPro wants to get more estimate, probably they could ask [redacted] or [redacted] to provide us an estimate They have enough info, even photos of damages Or give us any name of contractor who specialize this kind of damage We would be happy to contact them.Thank you
