The owner completed the floor and asked that since the removal of polyurethane on the stair railing takes time, I will need to remove it myself and his team will complete the rest the assignment when I am done
When I contacted him to come finish the job, after removal of polyurethane on the railing he said I wasn't a priority and that he had other clients to attend to
The poor business performance has resulted in a financial hardship to me because I now have to pay a substantial amount to get the project done
