September 21, 2016ID# [redacted] To whom it may concern,We can appreciate your frustration regarding your concerns arising from your phone call to SeyrekSealers on 9/20/regarding payment options for work that was completed on your driveway.We do offer credit card as a payment option, however, a few weeks back our credit card machine wentdown and we cannot accept that form of payment at this timeWe explained this to you and also gaveyou the option to pay by cash and we could offer a discount or the other option would be to contactyour bank and request a bank check for paymentYou did not want to do what was suggested by ouroffice.We also completed three jobs (patching, crack fill & sealing) for you and there was absolutely nocomplaint on the work performedThe issue became apparent when it came to paying for the jobcompleted.Your input, and the feedback from all of our customers is vitally important to us and we always wantcustomer expectations to be met.Thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention.Sincerely,Seyrek Sealers

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response from the business was inaccurate, I never told then I would sue them, I had however explained that I was going to consult my banks fraud department on further action and advise in regards to their billing practices The business cashed my check, this was not a donation but payment for work they had done, I mailed the original invoice with my check I would like assurance that they review their billing practices and well as making sure invouces in the future are with proper spelling as to avoid this mess for anyone else using their services Regards, *

It is quite simple and I really find it hard to believe that you dont acept cards from your business customersAlso....even if your card reader machine went down, you would still have had the capabilities to take my card number and manually submit itI think you are clearly NOT telling the truth and employed bait and switch on 1st telling me on your written quote proposal that you DO accept cards and conveniently just told me when I tried to pay ....that you dont and never have accepted cards! And as far as the customer satisfaction on the driveway job.....your company on several times made commitments on doing the job on specific dates and simply never showed up resulting in the job being dragged out over several weeks between the fixing the holes....sealing cracks and then finally sealing Regards, [redacted]

We have received a complaint (lD *) from [redacted] who resides at * [redacted] states he mailed us payment for her service on 8/25/Seyrek Sealing does not have that account marked as paid in our system so we sent him a past due bill* told both the office assistant that he sent us a check and that it was cashed and that it was on our part to contact his bank and get a copy of the cashed check for our record [redacted] refused and asked to speak to a managerWhen the office manager spoke to him, he told her the same thing and she told him we need a copy of the check we cash for our records so we could mark his account as paid [redacted] again refused to send that to us and told the manager he was going to sue us for fraud because we supposedly cashed a check in his name (which was spelled wrong.) We have used Seyrek Sealers for our driveway sealing and snowplowingWe have nothing but praise for this companyIt rained after the driveway was sealed, the company came out and cleaned off the sealer that splashed on our garage door the day I called about it and resealed the driveway on the next nice day We had no complaints with the snowplowing and after winter the company was out fixing the lawnGreat company!!

I live in Greece, NY and have used various snow plow services over the past years I started using Seyrek last year based on friends & neighbors telling me how good they were I have found them to be the most reliable, professional and responsive company I've ever dealt with for snow removal! Winter in Rochester was by far the worst one we've had in decades I could always depend on Seyrek for keeping my driveway clean and making return trips throughout the day when we were having heavy snow!
Great customer service - I'm calling them today to schedule an appointment to have my driveway sealed They sealed my driveway last summer and did a great job

**WARNING** Seyrek Sealing and Snowplowing customers or anyone thinking of using Seyrek for snowplowing!
I would like to forewarn anyone who would consider using them for snowplowing!!!
Their customer service and consideration for satisfying their customer's is little to none!
We contracted with them last winter, and during the season they damaged our shrubs Without going into a page rant, I just want to say that they will NOT work with us in compensation for the damage they causedThey came out, assessed the damage and trimmed them and said in a year or so they will bounce back Are you kidding me?
I've offered to replace them and asked to be reimbursed (priced out at on the low side of appox$ea, needing three) Their response to that was, "you BUY them and we'll plant them." Umno! So then I offered to maybe get a refund off of next years service if we went with them, and they responded "that won't happen because we've already put you on our list of customer's not to take"So what I'm doing here today is informing everyone of the type of business they are, and hope that people forward this information so that they don't continue to screw-over customers, not accept responsibility or even care to keep a customer happy!! And I hope they lose a lot of future business too!

We have received a complaint (ID [redacted]) from [redacted] who resides at [redacted]
[redacted] Drive Rochester, NY 14616. Ms. [redacted] states that our plowing services

caused gauges and scrapes to her driveway due to the removal of snow. We spoke with
Ms. [redacted] 5 times after the snow melted when she noticed this. We visited her
residence a total of three times to find the issues and work with her to find a solution to
her dissatisfaction. We saw that there was wear and tear done to the driveway due to the
35 times we came out throughout the winter to remove snow and ice from the driveway.
Due to the plow being so heavy and having back blades we can not control any wear or
scraps done to the driveway this is why we advised Ms. [redacted] that we can seal and
crack fill her driveway for $65.95 and give her an additional 10% off due to her
dissatisfaction and being a pervious plow customer. However we stressed that this is
normal and when having such a harsh and rough winter as we did the plow is simply
doing its job of removing the snow and ice. We believe in our customer's satisfaction and
did the best we could to work with Ms. [redacted] yet the complaint she submitted is
normal wear and tear from a plow service.
We strive to make all of our snowplow customers happy. Please contact me with any

Mr. [redacted] states he made an appointment with us...

and we didn't call him back for three
weeks. We tell all of our customers that because of the rainy summer we had been
