8/25/2015 Revdex.com-complaint #*** To Whom It May Concern, in regards to the repairs for the job we did for *** ***We first heard from her on July 23rd and filled out our Service call sheet and faxed to our plumberWe heard back from her on August 3rd and she said she had not
heard from anyone yetI contacted our plumber and he said they had been calling her and left several messagesI double checked our paper work and discovered we had transferred the phone number wrong to our Work OrderI let our plumber know the phone number was wrong, gave the right phone number to him on August 3rd Somehow there was miss communication about the right phone number & the plumber kept calling the wrong phone numberOn August 25th we got your e-mailI contacted our plumber and they called the right phone number and are going to take care of all repairs on the same day August 25thWe don't have any record of *** contacting us on the dates she listedWe did not do this intentionallyAt Form-Cove we do our absolute best to provide the best service to our customers.
