Response:When the customer who filed the complaint bought this vehicle, she signed not only our contract stating with no warranty, she also signed the buyers order for the car stating with no warranty, which she stated in the complaintWhat she left out is that when she called us
stating the car would not start, we picked the car up for her and didn't charge her a towing feeWhen our mechanic stated the starter had went out on the car, we only charged her for the part, and we did the labor for free and she picked the car upShe also left out that since she has picked up the car, she asked us to do an oil change, change the plugs and put a new battery in the car for herShe paid for the oil, the plugs and the new battery, but Shelley Auto Sales did not charge her labor for any of this work and the mechanic even came in hours before Shelley Auto Sales operating hours to do this free labor for herI feel that Shelley Auto Sales has went far and beyond to help this customer when she even stated in her complaint that she knew the car was as-is, where is with no warranty expressed or impliedAnd considering her desired settlement was repair the car, which we did before I even received her complaint from the Revdex.com, I'm unsure what else we could do to make this customer happy.
