I am rejecting this response because:
Below in quotes is the last email I sent to "Mr***" on 10/27/to the following email address: ***: "Mr***,You have demonstrated you understand clearly my proper justification for trying to get the problems resolved with the Pontiac Grand Prix, in which you knew was in need of many repairs when you sold it--while having no intentions of having your mechanics "actually" perform the necessary work to correct such.Strange you should recall the "AS IS with no warranty" and the "This fulfilled our We Owe to you" while withholding the *** you mentioned and "deliberately" neglected to give me.*** ***"My car was kept by Shields the various times I returned it, for satisfactory repair work of the problems pending, merely to pacify me If the "instrument cluster" was replaced as claimed I should not have had the same problems after such, unless that was not the problem in the first place Meaning it was doing its job in indicating problems with the car that needed attention and repairs based on the "sensor" warning lights that continued to come on intermittently--until my mechanic repaired the problems with the car, including replacing the gas cap!I finally got tired of the unproductive and intentional "runaround" and paid to have the Pontiac checked out and repaired by my mechanic, whose work was very well done to satisfaction I took a few videos reflecting my reported concerns regarding the Pontiac.Thank you for your time and attention to my complaints. *** ***
