Shippyme and Circuit Atlantic

I have used this company several times. At first they were great except that they were slower than expected and packages did not arrive in target time. My last package took more than a month to ship and even though I directly transferred payment from my bank they never posted it so I showed negative balance. Many phone calls later they said it was resolved. This was last year. Now I am getting emails from them saying I owe $670 for demurrage and shipping charges even though they shipped last year and don't have anything there of mine to be shipped.
I have emailed them several times and spike to Mike who assured me he would fix this. Today I got another notice and account show $670 balance due.
For me, this company has gone from "hero" to "zero".

Review: My name is [redacted] I just want to report a Fraudulent company that is located in [redacted], U.S.A. The name of the company is CIRCUIT ATLANTIC AND SHIPPYME. It is run by the same Director. It is a Logistic Company that help individual to ship goods by providing a shipping address to the registered member. I make use of this so called service on 7th August 2014 and I was given a shipping address to ship my goods to. I bought some goods on [redacted] and forwarded it to the address which was given to me by this so called companyon 22 August 2014. They did received my goods and helped me to shipped it after making payment to them. I did received it with no hassle.that triggered me to make use of there service second time..I bought some goods as well on [redacted] and forwarded it to the shipping address given to me as usual..they did received those goods, and sent me a notification message that it has been received. I paid them the shipping fee so that my goods can be shipped dated backward on Oct. 2014.They sent me a message after few weeks that my goods has been shipped.but later onthere s a lot of problem from [redacted] Port Authority in [redacted] (strike) , but later on, the strike was called offand in response from this shipping company (SHIPPYME) about my goods they said they cant find my goods.and other people as well.that [redacted] lost it. Later on after a lot of emailsthey sent me and other members a message that [redacted] has agreed to refund the money used to purchased those goods.. They also said that all the affected victims should send the invoice which we used to purchased the lost goods to themof which I did that on my own partfew months later, I called them to make an enquiry when will I get my own money because its taking too much time.I was told by one of there staff that some people has been refundedwhy is it that am yet to be refunded..he said.he will confirm and mail me..but few hours later when I did not hear from him.I called the customer line again and the head of the customer department picked it up..I explained the issue to him but he denied that they are yet to receive the money from the [redacted].that it was a mistake from there staff that it wasnt true.now I realized that I have been duped by this so called logistics company (SHIPPYME)that is in New Jersey.please help me with this issue..by investigating this matterI searched online about this so called logistic company (SHIPPYME) and I see that they are scammers, rippers..please I want you to help me to investigate on this matter as well.This issue has been reported to the legal authorities in [redacted] .and am also sending you a message so as to help me in taking the necessary step in the United state as well.I will be very glad if you can help me and if there is any information or details or evidence needed from me, kindly let me knowI will be very glad to provide itPlease help mehere is my email address [redacted]... please help me on this issue.ThanksDesired Settlement: Kindly help me to collect my money from this company because am sure the [redacted] would have paid them but they don't want to pay me and the company is operating in New Jersey ripping a lot of people that make use of there service.
