For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I want to know WHY a refund check cannot be processed Is this something that the Consumer complaint Deptof the US govtwould agree to? And if so, why hasn't anyone contacted us and provided the necessary process to "refund" our credit card?

We are at the mercy of what the promoter of the event allows us to do, and no refund was grantedThe desired show was not available through our ticketing platformIf it was, we could have exchanged them for the appropriate locationWe continue to stand by our statement that there was no glitch during the ordering process

It has been over a year since this happenedWhile we feel terrible about what happened, the promoter did pass away before the event took placeIt is commonplace for promoters to be paid before an event takes place in this industry, as they often use advance ticket sale revenue as working capital

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As the entity responsible for collecting payment for the event on behalf of the event organizer, you should have a fail safe program designed to refund customers money (Worst case scenario)Which is another part of my resolution of this complaintIn addition to wanting my money back I would like for there to be a program designed to getting customer money back in a timely manner without having to wait on the event organizer to allot you the funds to do so.

We do occasionally send promotional emails to our customersOpt out/unsubscribe options are clearly labeledIf there were questions about the existing order we have customer care representatives answering the phones from 9am to 9pm and on weekendsThis was clearly labeled as all sales final and

We did reach out to the ticket seller on behalf of this customer and they denied a refundThe customer should contact their credit card company and report the card as lost/stolen if this is the caseThe card company will not hold the customer responsible for purchases made with a stolen credit

Please see the terms of service the customer agreed to prior to purchase:http://www.showclix.com/terms-of-serviceSpecifically refer to "Refund Policies - ShowClix is unable to offer refunds after a ticket has been purchased; however, a refund may be issued when an event is canceled.If an event is canceled, a refund in the amount of the face value of the ticket will be issued to customers who purchased ticketsService, delivery and transaction fees will not be refundedThe event promoter will have control over refund availability and durationShowClix will not be able to issue refunds until any outstanding balance for the refunds has been compensated by the event promoter."The customer had to check that he agreed to these terms in order to purchaseThis is a frivolous complaint and an abuse of the Revdex.com system, as we already are trying to resolve the issue for the customer

Our customer care team was correct in telling this customer that Walker Stalker processes their own credit card paymentsThis is indicated on the checkout page, where it also states that charges will show up on the card statement as WALKER STALKERWe are merely a software platform that this seller
uses to distribute ticketsWe cannot process refunds on behalf of this seller and the customer will need to contact them directlySince we had no financial transaction with this customer, please close this complaint

The policy of the event organizer clearly states that all sales are final and it was outlined in the ToS that they accepted during purchaseWe do not actually collect any funds for these tickets, as *** Exhibitions uses their own merchant account and we are merely the software used to distribute

Company is a scam! By reading the reviews, not only do they keep money from ticket purchasers, but also business owners! They will invent every excuse not to pay! People please be careful, and DON’T trust these people! They have stolen hundreds and thousands of dollars from their clients...everyone needs to start calling the cops and report them for theft. Once again, BEWARE... this company scams people!

First, of all, I'm sorry that this happenedShowClix is simply the ticketing solution that Ice Castles usesWe do not handle any of their financial transactions or schedulingI see that this payment was actually refunded on 3/I apologize for the delay in the processing, but Ice Castles was
very backed up due the weather changes that led to the sudden closure of exhibit. Thank you, ShowClix

Refund was issued 9/4. Please see attached. The cc company may not have processed this yet due to the Labor Day holiday, but it was sent on our end.
