The WORST EXPERIENCE everThese people claim they care and they try to help you they LieThey do not try to help you when you are current you can't speak to anyone they don't have time to call you and you get a different person every time you call and have to retell the story over and over but the minute you are behind they harrase you, threaten you, harrase you on your job, call your employer and every person related to you discussing your account which I know is against the lawI don't see how these people sleep at night and they need someone to investigate them for the privacy laws that they are breakingThen they call you saying all kinds of bad things about your family when they don't know your family and don't give a [redacted] about your situationFinance with anyone except these peopleLook at the reviews if they were so good then why wouldn't they have more reviews and more postive than bad ones , does that tell you anything

Their phone service is seemingly okay at first, until you owe them moneyThat is when you customer service specialist turns into a debt collector and your phone rings seven times a day They 'don't refinance' and can't answer basic loan question, or even listen to a question without talking over you Do not get a car loan through them!

I am years old and have had many health issues that have caused mounting debt and limited work/incomeI have never dealt with a finance company with more compassion than Sierra FinanceI can see the A+ rating and would like to add an additional + if possible

Spoke to a very rude and irate employee by the name of GraceyThis Gracey lady called my phone earlier and my daughter answered and took a message, call Gracey in regard to your sonUpon returning her call, I asked who she was and that I was his mother returning her callShe asked if I knew how to contact himI asked whyShe said it was important to contact him today I explained to her he is in the service and sometimes it takes him a couple days to respondI also told her he is on the west coast so, the time difference makes it even more difficultShe became irate telling me I was a liar, screaming in the phone I was no help.I said excuse me you are being rude and their is no need for this I an forthcoming with you and she told me again I was lying and I called for him beforeI assured her I had not called and only returned a call she made only minutes priorShe told me whatever, you better have him call me today or elseI am like excuse me who are you and why are you callingShe finally gave me the name of the business and I asked so what is the issue, she proceed to say you are not on his paperwork or have power of attorney so I can't tell youI responded then why are you calling meShe said very rudely so you can tell him he better call me todayI said wow is that how you speak to customers, in that tone and rudeShe said, you ae no help so byeI asked to speak to a superior and she refused to allow me to speak to anyone elseShe became louder, and continued to call me a liar and then just hung upI maintained professionalism throughout the call, never raised my voice and pointed out to her that her rude and dis-respectfulness was unwarranted and ask to speak to a supervisor and was denied
This Gracey should be reprimanded for her actionsSierra Auto Finance should re-evaluate their customer service classShe definitely needs to retake the course and not be allowed to speak to any other customersShe may be in the wrong line of work!!!!!

Bought a vehicle from a local merchant, Sierra is the financing placeBought the car nearly weeks agoToday they called my husbandHis job is extremely busy during Christmas time and he work during their business hoursHe asked me to call and let them know since this is Christmas weekI called, got a lady and I explained to her that I knew I could not verify things for him but to let them know if he couldn't break away from work it would be next week when he calledShe then got extremely rude saying it would be too late by then and he needed to call immediately, take a lunch break or somethingHis job DOES NOT allow thatI tried explaining that to her and she just kept getting rude with meI finally just said okay and hung up because I didn't want to get rude with herIf this is how they treat NEW customers I sure hate to see how they treat their long term customersThis is why we usually pay cash for our carsThey have been openedhours and in that time frame they have blew up his phone non stop as well as having the place we bought from calling and texting himABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

I have received various statements from Sierra that have incorrect payment amounts. I was told initially that my payments would be approximately $367 with a mailed statement then the second payment reflected $378 upon several phone calls to resolve this matter I'm told my payments will be $390 c to re establish my credit I made my first payment of $400 in november, $$380!in December thinking I was paying over the amount to refinance in the future to receive a good payment history. I have called over eight times and received rude and unprofessional customer service from upper managers especially Bo a stated name. I'm not sure if they will reflect a honest payment history. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I have never been this insulted in my life.

I have had a loan through them for maybe 2 -3 months. My second payment due May 9th. I have had nothing but negative experiences not only while speaking to the people but my payments . They are rude, they DO NOT listen and argue with you. They throw in charges for their mistakes and you get the blame. I would have never bought the car with a loan from them if I knew how bad of a business they ran. I will be refinancing as soon as possible! I would never recommend them for anyone.

I have been dealing with sierra for about 4 months. I always make my payments on time and in full, however, they make making the payment a nightmare! The only way to make your payment without them added processing fees is to do it is with your checking info online, but the website is always having problems every single month I have to fight with them to make my payment because they are always having some kind of problem with the payment system. Im so fed up with fighting with them every month to take my money on time so I wont get late fees. Im starting to think that this is some weird was of them getting extra money by making it a fight to make payments. This is such a ridiculous problem for them to have for at least 4 months straight. They need to fix their website!!
