I am rejecting this response because: the business by her own admission in her reply has stated that the purchased hair system is good for at least two years My system began losing hair at the 5-month period however the owner never once offered to review the system or invited me to her shop to view the system with her eyes and delayed getting the information to me after many attempts to resolve this problem The owner has truly misrepresented the facts in this problem and my satisfied resolution at this point is money back or a replacement

system from my pervious nonsurgical hair replacement center, Ocular illusions which was located at [redacted] [redacted]. During the appointment I informed [redacted] that the hair system can last for up to two years with proper care. I have sold a magnitude of hair systems in which my clients have had for two years or more. I also informed [redacted] that the unit is handtied which means hair is hand ventilated one strand at a time. When the client came to my other location after 8 months and told me that a section of her unit had thinned out I told her she could simply send her unit to a company to have it re-ventilated at her cost, at no time did I guarantee the client that I would pay the cost of repair. [redacted] states that I did not honor her request for the companies information, however, I have documentation that I have done so which I will attach, As a business owner I cannot assume the cost for any client due to their personal treatment of their hair system. There is no possible way to evaluate how [redacted] cared for her hair system, therefore no polential way to assess how hair was lost following the 8 months of wear.
