elected not to have that performedThis summer during the extreme drought / watering ban / heat of the summer his weakened lawn had a few areas of drought stress and went dormant and brownThis is very common this summerThe dormant area also has a mild turfgrass fungal disease (also very common during the summer)My technician *** treated this for him at no additional charge as a courtesy to help stop the spreadHe also recommended again that the lawn this fall be aerated and overseeded for a very modest charge to help repair the summer stress damage and strengthen the lawn moving forwardThis gentleman demanded that we instead rip up his lawn and install a new sod lawn at our expense because he has drought stress damageHe called my employee a "liar and a cheat" after he applied a fungicide at no extra costMy employees are good people who work very hard to help our customers and do not deserve such abuseHe then threatened to sue me if I didn't replace his lawn at my expenseThere is no basis for this, I explained this to him in a very polite manorHe continued to threaten me, at which point I explained that I had no interest in working for him any furtherI have cancelled his account and we will no longer service his lawn

I am on a full lawn and shrub program which covers far more than fertilizer and spot weed control, the cost of each application begin at $and go up to $per application The company solicited my business and proposed the pricing to attain my business but now feels it to be too modest, which may be the cause of such poor service I have reiterated that I had aeration and seed done in the past and saw no improvement in my lawn only broken sprinkler heads which they refused to guarantee would not be damaged. I have an in ground sprinkler system which address drought conditions and have no invoice of any fungicide being applied for free or otherwise The company has never demonstrated any courtesy in all the years I have contracted them and always leave an invoice of what has been applied as required by law In their attempt to cover their negligence they have opened yet another issue by making a claim of an application without logging what and when it was applied. I threatened no one it was *** who called me to demean and threaten me for suggesting that something was amiss and to simply examined the paperwork which was never done A good person does not berate a long term customer The only statement made to *** is if he refused to complete the work his tech described he would leave me no choice but to take him to small clams where I could provide the documentation *** has provided no documentation to refute my claim, instead continues to assassinate my character. I have all the invoices that demonstrate that no fungus was found and they were to come back and correct the problem which they refuse Do what you said you would in writing or refund my monies so I can have it done by another company
