I am rejecting this response because: I have not waited two yearsI have sent numerous lettersAlso asked the credit card company for their help in resolving thisI have sent cetified letters and emails to resolve this issue over the yearsI will not take two very painful lasor treatments when you informed me for my skin condition it doesn't workI will not sit through two more painful treatments when the last showed resultsPlease give me my money back Yes I have made bad reviews they are appropriate Thank you

I read the response from Skin Suite RX in complete disbeliefFirst off, as trivial as it is, the Yelp account I used to rate them is a joint account I share with my husbandYou can see me in the picture on the Yelp reviewThis has nothing to do with him as I am grown and make my own money and the story above is completely falseIt actually doesn't make senseMy husband is going to be mad that I got my lips done but make me go back and get it taken out the very next day without a refund? How does that make any sense Skin Suite Rx? I'm not sure how they came up with that one as I never mentioned my husband or the fact that I was married as that has nothing to do with getting bigger lipsObviously, they found out I was married on Facebook or Yelp as they mentioned aboveNice try Skin Suite RxThey say they strive to have excellent customer serviceIf this were the case, I would have been refunded the very next day when the lip procedure was reversedThis complaint was filed solely on principleI was given information and was given results
They never told me my lips would be swollen for two weeks, they told me hours
They said they would be natural and beautiful, not huge, uneven, and lumpy, top lip bigger than bottomI have saved picturesPlease contact me at ***@hotmail.comI will be more than happy to send them to you as I don't want this happening to anyone else
They were not up front with the priceI don't think anyone in their right mind would pay $for bigger lips as you can get it done anywhere else for $I was told after the procedureAnd this was a special offer according to *** at Skin Suite Rx

To whom it may concern,Ms***, came in to our office for consultation for injections and laser hair removal on 8/11/2015, that is over years agoOn that date, 8/11/2015, She decided to purchase the 6tx LHR for face and another treatment (not mentioning name of tx due to hippa)The 6tx
lhr is industry standard for number of treatments that we doShe paid totol of $812, $for another treatment and $for 6tx of laser hair removalShe used care credit to pay for the treatment, where we agreed to give her months no interest and the company paid for the interest on $812. Ms*** completed her package of laser hair removal on 3/1/That is over a months agoAt the end she did say she was not happy with the results. As We here at Skin Suite Rx MedSpa strive

that she was not happy with the
treatmentWe still offered her with the
complimentary laser hair removal treatment and we told her lets do more complimentary and we will be glad to help her, as we always value our clients and we like them to be happy.Unfortunately she did not use her FREE treatments and we still are happy to help her and our offer stands. For some unknown reason, recently, years and months later, she is asking for Refund and she has gone on the internet and putting bad reviews for us!! We will be more than glad to provide her with more free laser hair removal treatments and make our client happy.Sincerely***Managing Director

I am rejecting this response because:
I have not waited two years. I have sent numerous letters. Also asked the credit card company for their help in resolving this. I have sent cetified letters and emails to resolve this issue over the years. I will not take two very painful lasor treatments when you informed me for my skin condition it doesn't work. I will not sit through two more painful treatments when the last 6 showed 0 results. Please give me my money back.
Yes I have made bad reviews they are appropriate.
