This company took my money for a ticket, did not confirm with the airline so now I do not have a flight and I am out 342.40. they will not answer call
on 6/19/2020 I booked a flight on this companies website to fly from LA to Sea on Alaska Airlines. I was give a reference number, XXXXXX, flight number, *** they collected the money so I thought all was good. money was debited 6/21/2020 from my account. when I called Alaska Airlines a week before travel date, I was told there is no flight and no confirmation of me booking. I will have to pay double that to actually get a flight now and when I try to contact this company, I get put on hold and no one ever comes back. I have been on hold several times for excess of an hour with no response. The number goes straight to music and you can here someone come on the line but then put you back on hold. I would like for this company to refund the entire amount they have taken from me. Bad, nontrustworthy, scam, dishonest business.

Desired Outcome

i would like for SkyFlight Cheap to refund my entire 342.40 asap. the amount they took from me. they debited the amount right away and i did not get what i paid for. i am out that amount plus much more. if this company can be put out of business, that would benefit a lot of people the stress of dealing with a scam.

We note that you are disputing an amount of $342.40 for a booking for 1 passenger that you made on our website on 06/19/2020. This amount was indeed charged to you, however we note that you made another booking with us for 2 passengers on 07/05/2020, the total amount of this new booking was $601.60 for which we charged you only $259.80, the remainder amount was adjusted from your first booking. Hence we deduce that no refund is due as of now. We request you to kindly re-evaluate the charges applied to your account. In case if you still find any discrepancy in your billing we will be happy to assist you further.

We also note that you spoke to our agent who has advised a refund of $100 on your second booking with us, as a service gesture we are processing a refund of $100 on your Visa card ending with 1802, this refund should appear on your card statement within 2 weeks.

Thank you for your patronage and we apologise once again for the inconvenience caused if any.

Purchased ticket for $90.20 (ticket reference number XXXXXX). No ticket has been issued and I have no confirmation number. Cannot fly- cannot contact.
Cannot contact company, tried 20-30 times, phone constantly rings busy.

Desired Outcome

Need my ticket confirmation number immediately so I can fly.

Purchased 3 tickets and they took our money out of our account and then cancelled our tickets. Called 6 times, hung up on and no resolution.
Spoke to a rep. She keeps transferring me to refunds but they keep hanging up on me. Called at least 6 times and will continue to try but need a refund since the cancelled my tickets. I only received a booking confirmation which prompted me to call and they cannot find my info after many calls so they said they would transfer my call to refunds but keep hanging up on me. Please help.

Please refund the amount charged from my account. Thank you

Purchased/ Booked a flight online and never received my E ticket
On May 31st I purchased a plane ticket through this company and its affiliate Highsky Cheap. I received a booking number and email confirmation however after 15 emails and numerous attempts to contact them regarding my ticket, I still to date have not received my plane ticket. When you call the provided number you stay on hold and are never able to get a CSR. When they respond back via email they state the ticket will be sent in a manual email but is never sent. I have gotten no resolution to this issue and have had to go to my financial institution to dispute this charge as I was not provided a ticket however funds for $511.40 were immediately deducted from my checking account.

Desired Outcome

I would request a refund, as well I would like to see this company flagged as scam/ fraud so that no other patrons fall to the same fate I did.

6/2 I booked flight to Portland Or. Was emailed I would eticket within 24hrs. Waited nothing happened. No ticket waited 2 hrs on hold nobody picked up

Checked my status it was pending checked my bank 202.20 money for flight came out on the 4th. 6/9 found out from air lines my reservation was cancelled. Called co again and got hung up on. Of course I want my money back since I can't talk to anyone I don't know what my next stepwould be

Booked a flight through their service. No confirmation. Bank account debited in the above amount.
Called but my info not found. Hang ups happen. I call & email where directed but no one has my information. I also forwarded the bank debit info but no resolution. So, at this point, I have no flight confirmation, no one that finds my information. I believe I was scammed.

Desired Outcome

Because I do not have a reservation to fly. A refund is the only resolution.

Company contacted me directly and resolved the issue.

These people hacked into my allegiant airline app while I was trying to update my travel. They allowed me to change my plans and even noted that the web site cost higher. They made the changes and again I'm thinking they are the allegiant people. Not until I again added another person to my flight that the REAL Allegiant staff noticed this. These people issued me vouchers that were issued to people from Canada! I am out 225.00 and American Expresss is investigating. Do not use these people!
