This man is making accusations against me and my characterHe hung up in my face and had his staff to send me to voicemailI am only learning his name because of his post script in this messageI have NEVER threatened to make his life miserable or threatened to have the hotel shut downWhat I said, and I have an office full of people to back me up is, I'm reporting you to the Revdex.com and I'm notifying my bank to have the charge reversedIf I find that my money was taken fraudulently I'm notifying the policeThis manager, and I use that title loosely, NEVER called backUntil this day I have not received not a word from him except through this correspondenceHis property made several mistakes in processing my payment and all he had to do was apologize and send a fax to my bank to have the pending transactions stopped as his assistant suggested early that morningBooking.com notified me that the payment would not go through and I provided them with screenshots of the errors that his hotel madeThey are available to view to show that this is not a fraudulent complaint against this propertyTo still blame the customer and not take responsibility for the experience speaks volumes of his character or lack there of.
