Inspection fee of $35.00 is being waved to go inspect bed to see if there is a manufacture defect.  If there is a defect, we will authorize a replacement mattress for the customer.  We will atke care of this customer as we do for all of our customers.

Review: On November 21, 2012, I purchased several items of furniture from this store. The total purchase amounted to about $2,500.00. The item I have to complain about is a sealy firm mattress and box spring set. I originally wanted to buy a simmons beautyrest set, but the salesman, Jason, assured me that this product was equally as good, and was on sale. I took him at his word. My husband, (now deceased) and I had purchased the beauty rests several times in our 56 years of marriage, and never had a problem. Wear did not become a problem, for at least 10 years! Now the Sealy is another matter. There is a sag or pocket , in the mattress, which is most uncomfortable, moreso now that I have been hospitalized, and often need to rest, in a sitting position. I e- mailed them, and got no response, in almost a month, Called their store, and was told to file a claim. Which would require me to pay a technician, to come out and check this out, or use a photo with measurements, etc. Ridiculous! I am living on social security, and am ** years old !!! They did not offer to replace it, or offer any kind of help. Please help me with this problem, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the mattress/springs, replaced, with a beauty rest, or a refund. I will never do business with this store again, I feel that they are dishonest, and scoundrels. Must be the whole chain , as they immediately turned me over to a claims agent. ( who was not helpful)
