I just logged into a site and got a strange message stating do not turn off your computer and do not restart Call this number XXX-XXX-XXXX for tech support The tech did not speak English well but I did manage to get the name of the company from him Live PCFIX I am not positive but this seems to be an attempt to hack into my system I did restart my computer and did not him log in or make any changes Hopefully I am safe

I bought a PC for my 11yo daughter for Christmas After downloading some software, a page came up telling her the computer was infected When I couldn't get the page to go away, I called the number They then proceeded to use scare tactics (they told me the computer has a serious infection,my personal information and banking information was at risk, etc) to try to get me to purchase their service Clearly they are associated with the problem It seems they either created it or piggy backed in through the backdoor This business is preying on people's fears They create an issue with your computer, then inform you that you need to contact them (and ultimately pay for their services) in order to make your computer safe
Their current working phone numbers are. XXX XXX XXXX. Out going are. XXX XXX XXXX and XXX XXX XXXX. They fixed my frozen up pc and cleaned malware viruses and solved my slow operation problems, it did cost a lot 199 dollers for 2 years, but they told me to check with them monthly for a check up and tune up to help keep it running fast and prevent viruses. I can also call any time if Im having any problems, witch is great for me, being a first time computer owner.

This company Hijacks your computer with a malicious software code They then force you to Call them directly and beg for help. If you ask what company and what there address is they will respond with Live PC Fix in Las Vegas Nevada. This is Internet Terrorism! You hijack us then force us to pay you to have our computer back, this is wrong. You, are terrorists!
