I've had a terrible experience with myhosting- which is a SoftCom brand We had to merge our email and website to a new platform without our consentWe lost hundreds of emails and pages of our website in the process I was promised numerous times that a representative from the company would call me back, and never did someone call meThe only communication I had from them were emails summarizing conversations I already had with them and surveys to rate their servicesWith the exception of one email that gave me step by step directions on what I could do to transition the accountOnce they transitioned our account we lost all of our old billing information and there is no way to talk with billing directly The lag time is often several hours if not a full business day to hear back from a billing representativeNumerous requests to speak with supervisors were denied
