The fact that Mr*** does not understand what I want speaks volumesAttached are my detailed notes of each and every attempt I have made via telephone, text, or otherwise, to resolve this with Horses
There are some mistruths in Mr***'s response and this has been an on-going issue in my dealings with Horses
Mr*** is correct in stating that a company trampled some of the coneflowersHowever, it was two coneflowers, not five, as Mr*** claimsThat company immediately agreed to correct the situation by paying for the replacement of the two coneflowersHorses did draw up a work order but Horses did not follow through and they were not replacedIn the meantime, the other three coneflowers did not survive and I relayed that to Erica *** on August 24,
I also want to point out that even on August 3rd, only one coneflower plant was over four inches tall
Mr*** is incorrect in stating that Horses has replaced all five coneflowers once already and two coneflowers twiceThe truth is that only two coneflowers were replaced one timeThey did not survive the winter and they were replaced in May They were also dead by August 24,
Horses wants to rehash what occurred on August 3rd with a contractor, and place the blame on someone else but, regardless, the bottom line is that on September 19th Erica agreed in writing, via text, to replace all five coneflowers with Nepeta plantsA screenshot of that text is also attachedThis was what they agreed to and they did not do it
Finally, there has been absolutely no assurance by Horses to me that they would come back in the spring to check on the plantings and service any problemsBesides, based on the history of all of the lies they have told me, their promise to do so would mean nothing
This was a $6,job, which we paid for immediately, and the fact that their failure to replace five coneflowers (the smallest part of that job) has resulted in this is what is ridiculous
To be clear, what I want is for Horses to honor the warranty that I paid for and to do what they said they were going to do, which is replace all five coneflowers with Nepeta plants
