I contrated with solar home inc., in early november for a solar equipment package for my homeThe cost was $11573.28, (i paid in full $via credit card and $via check)In mid december I called to check on status of my product, at this time I learned solar home had gone out of businessI attempted mulitple contacts via both email and phone, voice mails were full or no answer and no response to emailsI have lodged a dispute with my credit card companyI would like to recover the $paid via checkNote no portion of the product was ever delivered

I placed an order with these people and paid them in October for the products I had to continually call them to
find out when items would be shipped, and asked them for an itemized list of items shipped I finally received a
shipment last week but it was a small portion of the total order I only received about $2,worth of
merchandize They still owe us about $worth of solar equipmentThey were supposed to have sent support documents and videos on how to install I've tried to call all sales personnel, technical support, shipping support, even the home office number No one answers the phones nor responds to request to call Emails are not answered These people are not reputable and word needs to get out about them I

On September 15, 2016, I made a purchase for a residential solar system for my house The purchas was paid for in cash for the sum of $19, I was given my delays by the company requesting additional information leading to longer delays On or about November 28th, Solar Home Inc stopped responding to emails or answering phones Now, I'm left with nothing but a receipt for my purchase and not many options available to me

My Name is *** *** I consulted with Solar Home Incin May 5, spoke to the Account Manager *** *** about acquiring solar panel for my home @ *** *** ** *** *** ** *** I received an invoice with the total cost for the system, shipping, and installation totaling $17,on May 19, I paid in total $10,June 8, to Solar Home Incfor the System and shipping, also I paid a deposit to Solar USA an independent contractor for Solar Home Inc$3,They told me it would take to week before the plan approved by the local Utility CompanyI started to get concerned in August of when the solar panel did not delivered and installedI had to frequently call or email Solar Home Incand Solar USA staff for an updateThe last time Solar Home Incstaff email me was from Isabel Rivas on December 15, asking the installer about the status on the projectI called Solar Home Incon January 12, to request a full refund and the voice mail

We paid this company $3,deposit initially to start our order for solar panels/systemWe did receive a receipt showing the balance owed and equipment in which we were purchasing
Spoke to their sales person *** in November and was told to send in the balance of $11,via cashiers check so they could get started on making the panels I sent in a cashiers check in that amount on 11/21/via UPSThey received the cashier check on 11/22/@ 11:10AM and signed by *** at their facility Since that time they have not sent a paid receipt nor returning our calls regarding the product We have tried on various occasions to reach someone via phone and email, yet we are not getting any return calls or emails

A long standing policy at Solar Home has been to provide an enhancement to the components in a customer's solar system if necessary,
when the enhancement involves issues of safety or aesthetic concerns, without charging the customer an additional fee for the enhancementThis was the case in Mr***'s situation
During the design of Mr***'s system, it was determined that he needed tilt legs on a portion of his mounting racks to optimize the performance of his system due to his roof designSpider-Rax (the brand that we advertise) does not offer tilt legs, so our design team made the decision to use higher cost Orion Racking which does offer tilt legs
For the purpose of aesthetics, in the interest of maintaining a uniform look and design, rather than mix two different brands and styles of racking together on the same roof, as a courtesy to Mr***, we decided to provide him with more expensive Orion Racking throughout his entire system at no additional cost to him
We advertise Spider-Rax as an upgrade due to its rail-less design and somewhat easier installation, but the Orion Racking which was supplied to Mr*** is more expensive than Spider-Rax because it uses far more individual aluminum and stainless steel components than Spider-Rax does
After reviewing Mr***'s file, it appears that the free enhancement to the more expensive Orion Racking was not discussed with Mr*** prior to shipping his order and for that we apologize
We have no issue whatsoever with substituting the higher cost Orion Racking components that we have provided to Mr*** with lower cost Spider-Rax components
Our design team will re-design Mr***'s system to determine the exact number of mid clamp/end clamp Spider-Rax components that will be needed for the panels and we will immediately ship the lower cost Spider-Rax substitutions to Mr*** that he has requested

SCAM!!!!

They took my money months ago, issued a receipt, but never delivered the goodsMy request for a refund was strung out for weeks, and finally they closed up shop with my and other people's money! No more email replies, no phone replies, nothingRay B***, we want our money back!

I ordered a PV system from solar home months agoThe company never delivered the productAfter requesting a refund in Sept 2016, they still have not issued the refund
Now, their main phone number no longer works! They appear to have shuttered the businesstaking my (and other customers) money with them without delivering orders or refunding

I paid via wire transfer $27,on July and to this date Nov I have received nothingI have asked to have my order canceled and a refund issued on Oct and I have placed numerous phone calls and I have talked to Isabel once and was promised a call back and I never received a call back on the status of my refundI have placed calls to her at least a half dozen since then leaving voice mails requesting a returned call with no responseI DO NOT want to do business with Solar Home I just want my money returned

I was promised tracking info when it ships the next week
That was weeks ago
Furthermore the Solar Home phones went to an answering service then after a few days "Mailbox full" They also have not responded to any attempt to contact via email or phone using multiples of each
