Solaris Key Apartments

I had a very terrible experience in this complex This complex was constructed with very cheap material so you hear everything from your neighbors apartments If you have disrespectful neighbors, like I did, who do things like lift weights or other activities that involve slamming heavy objects around then you will never have peace and quiet in your apartment I made noise complaints to management several time and they always left it at that they would try to talk to the upstairs neighbors They NEVER got back to me saying what had been discussed The problem kept getting worse and it would happen at night when I was trying to sleep Management began completely ignoring my noise requests I banged on the ceiling one evening after what sounded like a bookshelf tipped over I left a snarky note on their door the next day asking them to be quiet Management still ignored my complaints so I posted a star Facebook review on their public Facebook page The next day I received a day lease termination notice This is called retaliation under Florida landlord/tenant law and is illegal They called my Facebook review cyber stalking in an attempt to intimidate me to take it down The next day I called the property manager who yelled incoherently and refused to hold a professional conversation
